I moved in Sept of 2020. It is quiet. the lawns and snow are kept up. I enjoy the location. The walkway behind the complex is AMAMZING as is my balcony facing Hines park! They could use some updates with the washer dryer situation. I LOVE the key entry and only 4 units per door. I feel safe and secure. WE NEED LINES IN THE PARKING LOTS!!!!

I’ve lived in this apartment complex from 2011-2014 and if I am being honest this place was actually really nice. Every summer I would stop by at the pool to go for a swim, take walks behind the complex because there is a path where you could bike, walk, etc and every now and then apples would grow and it would be fun to pick. Also, the people are really friendly, but the only problem that I had was that sometimes a couple would bang on the ceiling with a broom for almost everything.
