Been living here close to 6 years now and it’s not worth the money. $815 for a one bedroom with broken washer and dryers that are at least 20 years old. Power goes out all the time with no generators, it’s winter time….. it’s too cold for that.

I have lived here going on 9 years. If I call for maintenance they come and take care of my issues within less than 24 hours and office staff is very nice. I have no complaints. NONE!

Lived here for a year and it’s horrendous!!! Neighbors are the worse loud and super rude. No security people will break into your vehicle and I’ve even had my car egged. Not worth the $770 I was paying worse year of my life!!!!

This place needs to be more secured. Both my car and my roommates car was keyed and just recently had her tires stolen from off her car! My car was broken into, they definitely need to do something about this

It is like living next to a night club with music and partying happening most days. Stayed a few months and have had my sleep interrupted every single day. Definitely would not recommend this place as it attracts inconsiderate individuals.

I moved in Sept of 2020. It is quiet. the lawns and snow are kept up. I enjoy the location. The walkway behind the complex is AMAMZING as is my balcony facing Hines park! They could use some updates with the washer dryer situation. I LOVE the key entry and only 4 units per door. I feel safe and secure. WE NEED LINES IN THE PARKING LOTS!!!!

I’ve lived in this apartment complex from 2011-2014 and if I am being honest this place was actually really nice. Every summer I would stop by at the pool to go for a swim, take walks behind the complex because there is a path where you could bike, walk, etc and every now and then apples would grow and it would be fun to pick. Also, the people are really friendly, but the only problem that I had was that sometimes a couple would bang on the ceiling with a broom for almost everything.
