I did not work with Chantos directly as my mom handled all the communication for me, but I cannot say enough about how great and honest he is. He replaced the windshield of my Honda accord, which then was giving me a lot of warning messages that my windshield needed to be calibrated.
Chantos said this has never happened to him before, so I went ahead and took my car to Honda service center to attempt calibration. They were unsuccessful, so Chantos was willing to rectify the situation and give me my money back if I had to install a factory windshield from the dealer. I luckily did not have to,

Great company. Came highly recommended by a few other glass shops that were already booked. He was able to come out within an hour and have the glass replaced in 45 mins - on the day before thanksgiving! I hope to not need their service again anytime soon, but if I do, this will be my first call.

Amazing and efficient service! My car was broken into and I needed to have the back passenger window replaced. I called around and Chantos was able to give me a quick reasonable quote . The window was back ordered but he called around and found one (and then found a cheaper used one!) and came to my house to install it. He was in regular communication, which is hugely appreciated. Someone smashed the back window of my Mazda hatchback and I needed to get the glass replaced within the day. Not only was Chantos able to come out to replace the window that morning, but he was also able to find a used replacement window, which saved me a significant amount of money! The whole process was quick, smooth, and overall a great experience. After the stress my car getting vandalized, I am glad that replacing the glass through 101 Auto Glass was so easy.

Unfortunately, I've had to call Chantos four separate times (can't catch a break, I swear!) and every time, he has been absolutely WONDERFUL. I honestly cannot recommend Chantos and 101 Auto Glass enough and have directed all my friends to him as well.

A part of me wants my car to get broken into again so I can have this amazing experience again. A couple days ago, my car got broken into and I was devastated because 1. This is my first car ever and 2. I felt like I lost my sense of security. I called dealerships in the morning and everyone either told me I had to wait and pay over $300, but also acted really apathetic. "We have to order the glass, then you have to pay for labor, but no one is available to help you right now."

Amazing service. Rear windshield was broken by a vandal on my leased car so I needed to replace it with dealer glass.
The install price was $50 dollars cheaper than the dealership and he picked up the glass from the dealer and repaired it at my house which was awesome.
Also the glass was broken Thursday night and the replacement glass wouldn't arrive until Monday so he stopped by and covered up the broken window so it wouldn't be open all weekend. Which I deeply appreciated- while I hope to never use his services again I would do so in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Fabulous experience getting my car window replaced after it got smashed out and my 6 year old child's school backpack got stolen. I'd never had my car broken into, so was pretty shaken by the whole experience. But Chantos made it literally the easiest thing possible to get fixed. I emailed him late at night, he responded the next morning, we scheduled a time for a few hours later, he showed up at my apartment exactly when he said he would, fixed the window and cleaned out all the glass for me. My car was broken into when I was staying at an Emeryville hotel. Bummer. But one call- Chantos got the replacement window, came to me within an hour - for real!
He replaced the broken window, cleaned up the shards all over the inside, and blessed my car!!

Chantos came to me first thing on the Tuesday after Labor Day and did the window replacement in what felt like minutes.
A further selling point is he has a bonsai tree on the dash of his van. Great vibes, great service.
A tip he left with me: don't leave your hatch area cover on, the zombies smash through the rear window to pull the seats down looking for backpacks, cameras and computers. All I had back there was an old bike helmet and some Trader Joe's bags. Downtown Oakland is a hotbed of smash and grabs unfortunately.

I called Chantos on the recommendation by Fast Mobile Autoglass (his nephew) bc they only do full windshield replacements and I thought I only had one small chip. There are some very good reviews for Chantos and I was encouraged but the job he did for me was sub par for both me and AAA.
Chantos was fast to pick up the call and instructed me how to work through AAA. Everything was set up and he arrived timely. Great so far.
He took several calls while on the job. Ok - he's a mobile guy - fine.

A couple of weeks ago, my VW took a rock to the lower windshield while driving on I-8 in El Cajon. For three weeks it was nothing more than an eyesore. All that changed when I drove up to Santa Rosa for the Holidays. As the temperatures plummeted, the eyesore became a big problem. 4 consecutive mornings below 30 degrees turned a nickle sized divot into a 32 inch crack. Needless to say, I needed the car to get back to SD so getting it fixed was priority #1.

Great service and price! After calling around found this to be the best pricing to replace a cracked windshield! Called at 10 am and received a same day home appointment at 3 pm. The process was professional, and took less than 2 hours. The work was clean and neat. Chantos even transferred the Oil Changers appointment sticker from the old windshield to the new windshield. Looked just like new.

It was Christmas eve and we were driving to a party all excited and happy very close to our exit The driver in front of us decides to go over this solid white line before exiting the freeway and as you know there are lots of debris and rocks sitting outside these lines Lucky us one did hit the windshield and chipped it. After doing some research on yelp I decided to give 101 auto glass a call.
