We had the worst experience with them during hurricane Laura. We used their water mitigation service and never had so many problems! I will never recommend them.
-We caught their staff STEALING from us,
-They did not take care of the floors and a room that was leaking (they told us during their first evaluation of the damages that they would).
-Their dehumidifiers and fans only worked 30% of the time, so we had to use dehumidifiers after they left because the work was not done.
-They never did a deep cleaning of the house as they said they would.
And finally, they were UNRESPONSIVE when we

We'd been through a few days of "vacuuming" water in the dining room carpet every few minutes through the 3 days until the leak had been located and stopped. Randy came that same day - and efficiently handled the whole mess. Water Resto left multiple fans and dehumidifiers for the 3 rooms affected - and in only 2 days, we were all dried up, and the stink of however many gallons of dirty dishwater (on Easter - Saturday prep and Sunday - dinner on the dry side of the dining room table) was gone.
