Each service includes a pre-soak soap, to help get rid of dried dirt and grime, as well as an undercarriage pre-rinse to disperse road debris. A two-pass wash is included for extra cleaning power, followed by a spot-free water rinse. Every vehicle receives a protective clear coat and a 45 horsepower air-dry.

We took our 2021 Ridgeline to Joel and his staff for the Ceramic coating. They were courteous and very professional. They explained the warranty in great detail and told us to bring it back in a week so they could ensure there are no issues with application. We couldn't be happier with the results. While ceramic coating comes with lots of benefits, you MUST have the right technicians apply it which means go to @ The Car Wash!

First let me say the car wash was good. My issue is with the process. Let's point out that I am not a "regular" and this was my first time here.
The volume on the kiosk where you pay is drowned out by the road noise and the 2 car washes themselves - but it was confusing. After paying, the kiosk was telling me to pull in, yet it gave me a token. I didn't know what to do with the token, so I inserted it in the coin slot. The kiosk then started the sale process again. I didn't understand, people were waiting, so I pulled in.

I have used this business several times in the last few years for the platinum detailing package. I have been completely satisfied every time. Someone goes through the vehicle to ensure that I am satisfied with the job done. The car comes home looking new. These jobs take hours and the workers do very thorough work. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I was actually pretty upset with my service. Calling and scheduling an appointment was easy, no hassle. The lady at the front desk made me feel comfortable. My appointment was at 2 and they close at 6. They called and hour before six saying that they finished the interior of my car and stated that they are now working on the exterior and that my car will be ready at closing time. I asked for a PLATINUM interior and exterior detail, and yes, they shampooed my carpet. But, there were a few things that I noticed and I didn't even look hard. I had a ceramic coating put on my car in October and I could not be happier. The staff was friendly and professional. The work was outstanding! The coating has my car looking like it was brand new and after every wash it comes right back. The coating adds an intense shine and it's still super hydrophobic. I'm extremely happy with the service.

What can I say? The premium wash was definitely worth the $15. Mr. Gordon "the Gatekeeper" was so kind to me and my children when we pulled up for our first wash and explained the difference in washes and the monthly packages. Wash was fabulous, no missed/dirty spots or water spots on my black Suburban. Fantastic customer service. Hands down, the best automatic car wash in town. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

On Friday, 08/21/2020 I had my truck detailed. I paid a $50 deposit and $199 and I picked it up. When I dropped it off, I asked that the bed be vacuumed out (there was some dirt at the back of the bed) and I was informed they do not vacuum beds but it would be pressure washed and cleaned that way. When I picked it up looked great at first glance. When I opened the bed cover I saw that the dirt was pushed to the front of the bed. When I started the vehicle, I got error codes that indicated something happened to the shifter and transmission (this was not present when the vehicle was dropped off)

Literally the worst automated car wash I've ever used. I would have been better off using a gas station auto wash. There was no foaming soap, the entire washing process smelled strongly of bleach, the "free" vacuum was wildly weak. So, now I've wasted $18 to leave with a dirty vehicle, and can't even give the positive of at least having vacuumed the interior out well. Do not waste your time, or money, at this car wash.

Probably one of the best interior detail jobs I have had done! And as Joel and I agreed, they had their work cut out for them. I live on a farm that includes a mile long dirt road and when its raining - a lot of mud. It had been many month since the last time it was cleaned ad it was BAD. It took them a couple of hours, but the length of time was worth it. I will definitely be returning to @ The Car Wash!

Took my car in, mainly for a post snow undercarriage wash, and because my neighborhood birds used my car for target practice. Afterwards, my car still had a bunch of bird droppings on it and the front license plate frame was destroyed. And the windshield had so many streaks in it I stopped at a gas station and squeegeed it because of the poor visibility. Normally I wash and wax my car myself, but that's hard to do in the winter out here on the east coast. Still searching for a decent carwash where I don't have to do additional work after the fact.

Try them out. The monthly deluxe car wash is the best value for our area.

Went in for an interior detail. Nice summer day, understandable that they were busy. No problem. They came out to look at my car (no carpet, neoprene seats). The first thing was we can't remove dog hair. Really? Usually a vaccum does the trick for me. Wasn't asking for perfection, just a clean car. If dog hair is an issue, don't bother. I saved myself the money, went home, and sure enough, a vaccum took care of it. Lame.

Had my vehicle "deluxe detailed" on Saturday 4/1/17 and they did an awesome job. This vehicle never had a detail performed and being the first time, I wanted it done right.
Friendly Staff and even talked to one of the owners about having the windows tinted. Not that I was ready for one and they did not push the service.
Time allotted for this service was exact and I will return again for more on a future date.

Staff is friendly and courteous- the job they do is second to none - I got the hand wash and was really wowed by how great my car looks - I think it was only $35 - a great bargain for the amount of work they put into it - the full monte detail is really special, too - I've seen the finished product and was floored.
Superior work product and a really great Fredericksburg local gem.
Will recommend and will be back!
