I gave u 3 stars because the wash is good and so is the vacuum IF you get to use it. This afternoon I went through the car wash but due to a sign posted in the 1st pay lane for those who are automatic paying
customers only , a cone in the middle lane, I moved to the 3rd lane. A young lady came out took my card and I paid for the $20 wash. Everything was good even though I didn't even get to vacuum out my vehicle. I went to Walmart afterwards to get groceries and was in the store for about an hour before I realized that I was given someone else's card. Luckily I was able
to have some one come

We have the monthly pass for our family car. Overall decent car washing for a good price.
My only complaint is that the week prior to Halloween 2021 I went through not realizing until I was already past the barriers that they had super scary Halloween decorations. . . we don't do Halloween with our kids and both my 3 and 5 year old were pretty scared by them. After a couple weeks they still mentioned it. Not my idea of cool or funny to put that kind of thing where kids could be forced to see it.

Horrible! Lack of communication between customer and employees. I bought the 19 dollar car wash. Being a first time customer, I was not sure how they did the wheel cleaning. Am I suppose to put my four ways on like the other car washes do? I was told nothing. I went into the office area, to sit for 10 minutes to wait for the only employee for help. He was polite but did my tires in a hurry, I had to get my own rag out and redo them myself considering the product was running down my rims and not wiped properly. I guess ill continue to go a few extra miles to get my monies worth.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
I’ve used a lot of drive through car washes and this one is definitely the best. Some drive throughs don’t really get you clean but when I turned into the wash I noticed a black Denali pulling out of the blow driers and I’m my head I said damn that looks good. So I took my truck through. Gotta say, I’m impressed.

Didn't dry too well, bugs still on the front. Grime still on the outer lips of fenders. Vacuums are great.
Update: Since I can't seem to comment back. I didn't get the $9 wash. I bought the $14 because I did not want tire shine. After looking through more reviews I seen plenty of people have stated they needed to go through more than once to clean their car and you even offered they go a cheaper route so they weren't wasting money.

I really like this car wash! I used to be a member at Rio car wash before I started coming here. At raging waters, I think you’ll find better vacuum quality as well as the car wash. Dre was very helpful with getting me started for a monthly membership. Good service and good value here! They do not offer any tire brushes for cleaning, or shampoo for interior detailing. You may have to go through the wash twice to completely clean your car (just like any other car wash), which is why it’s best to get a membership because it’s unlimited washes!
