Tried Jack's car wash for the first time this morning. Was greeted by the owner, Mike, who gave me an overview of how their wash bays worked. So much better than Rio Car wash! My van was very clean when I exited the bays and thanks to the super suction vacuums, all of my lab Snicker;s hair, is out of my van as well.
They even have rags that you can use to dust off the dash board, clean door jams, etc. I will definitely return! Thanks so much Mike! Definitely the best car wash around Fredericksburg area! Blows Rio right out of the water! Jack's provides rags and high powered vacuums. AND your car comes out squeaky clean unlike Rio where you have to go through twice to get it clean.

It's ok, but its a little misleading when it says UNLIMITED washes, but only once a day. I believe a TRUE unlimited washes means I can go through as often as I want. It's a little bit of a bait and switch.

Jack’s is hands down the very best car wash in the Fredericksburg and Spotsy area. I have two other car washes within 5 miles of my house that I have tried on numerous occasions. Each time I drove away frustrated by how my truck was not fully cleaned. Came across Jack’s and tried them out one day. To say I was surprised is an understatement. First time through and my truck was clean and spotless. Even the summertime bugs were gone. As I pulled into the vacuums I was greeted by their staff who quickly came over and began drying off my truck. Their vacuums are amazing and take less time because

My daughter threw up in/on the car on 95 and we had to jump off the highway and get it washed in a hurry. The attendant ran right out to us with wipes, paper towels and trash bags, we got through the car wash quickly and wre able to get back in the highway and to where we were going on time. Highly recommend

Jack's is a wonderful car wash. I have the $35/mo Jack's Special and it's worth every penny. I have a white 5.0 GT so I like it looking nice, but I've found other places leaving grease marks down the side of the car or not getting everything off... Jack's I've had 0 issues with. The wash does a great job but the microfiber towels waiting for you afterwards by the vaccuums are just another level of convenience, and very much appreciated. As an additional bonus, the staff and owners have been very friendly and engaging in conversation/helping with cars after the wash. All-around great experience

Not from this area and the gentleman helping me was super nice and very helpful. He helped me get the best package to get my 4Runner back to looking good. They also have vacuums free of charge to use and cloths available to detail a bit more on your own. Definitely will be back.

The Drivers Side rear wheel on my 2020 Ram 1500 was irreparably damaged by your equipment. I tried to address this with you and found you to be unwilling to meet your responsibility for damaging my wheel. I will never use your wash again. $784 to replace. Think long and hard before you use Jack’s Car Wash.

Such a great car wash! It's all automated and you can choose to upgrade to a monthly pass as well. The car wash seemed to take extra long which is nice! Very clean facility! They have a bunch of self serve vacuums to use right after the wash which is awesome! They also have a vending machine with wipes, air fresheners, etc.

Me and my boyfriend always take our cars to jacks and so far they've done a great job. The wash gets the cars clean and the free vacuum afterwards is a plus. We are always offered help every time we come with both the wheel cleaning and the wipe down afterwards. The people that work at jacks are always friendly and very helpful. Both of my parents are retired Marine Corps so thats always close to my heart.

The staff is friendly and the equipment does a great job! In my opinion it is the best car wash around! The grounds are always clean and well lit! The vacuums are included in the wash! I spend 19 a wash but today purchased the unlimited package of the highest package for 35 a month! So for two visits a month it will more than pay for itself!

Car washes are for dirty vehicles but this place seems to think only clean vehicles can go through. I was turned away from this establishment as I had mud on my truck and was told that I would ruin it for everyone else. I got the truck stuck previously unintentionally and wanted to get the mud off before it caked on. I do not live in the area and was only passing through for a weekend trip. This certainly does not encourage any further trips back to this area.

I had no idea this place exsisted. My wife and i recently moved down near Jack's about 6 months ago. I'm always wary of car washes because you may not get the quality you expect after giving them your hard earned money. That seems to be the case with many automated car washes. Jack's raises that bar back up to what you would expect from a car wash. They have vacuums free of charge after using their wash. Went out of my way to try Jacks today and glad I did. Outstanding car wash and great, friendly people. This is pretty much self service it people are thy to help and they took special care of the wheel rims on my BMW. The wash did a super gentle and thorough job and the blowers at the end dried nearly every drop of water. They hand dried to a finish and vacuums are free once you're don. All the cars looked great once cleaned. This is far superior to the 610 car wash and worth the 20 minute drive . $20 for the full works including rain-X

The staff are very friendly and we're willing to explain all their options since it was my first time there. Decided to go with the most expensive option and wasn't dissapointed. Car came out as spotless as can be for an automatic car wash. They have scrub brushes for hard to clean areas and the staff washed my windshield prior to the wash. Only area that wasn't clean was inside the wheel well, but that's one of those areas you just need to clean yourself(don't know any car wash that hits that). Fantastic service and wash. Look forward to getting a membership.
