Absolutely terrible experience. Got into an accident, my car was left unable to drive blocking traffic on a highway. They wasted 45 mins of my time trying to figure out if they could come only to ‘pass’ on this. Left me on the highway in cold and darkness. I would never give them business and would rate them negative stars if I could. Please go with a company that actually cares about people.

I contracted with Baker and Baker to utilize their boom truck to secure a Truss onto a commercial roof. Not only were they the best priced in the area, their driver Kevin was beyond professional. He arrived when he said he was going to and was able to get his truck into tight spot and maneuvered the truss into place like a pro. I would recommend them for any of their services, but for sure if you ever need a boom truck in the Salem area - give them a call. (yes the towing company can fly trusses)

I cannot thank and recommend B&B enough. Upon calling, the dispatch guy was very kind and helpful, cave me a quote, and had the driver - Chris - out in thirty minutes or so.
Chris was an amazing driver, and I couldn't thank him enough for putting my big ol Chevy truck down exactly in it's parking space in my crowded driveway like an absolute pro.

Took a while for Ajero to pay them, but once they did, the driver was awesome. He got my Suburban connected and got to my house almost as fast as I did. He backed it all but 6 inches into the garage, and positioned it better than I could have imagined, avoiding the motorcycle I have parked beside my Suburban. Highly recommend this guy. The dispatcher was also a helpful as you could hope for. Great team.

I can't thank Baker and Baker towing enough. After someone hit and totaled my car, they were the first on the scene (before any emergency personnel). They were caring, professional and helpful. The day after the accident I went to get my personal items out of the car and they had tarpped it because my windows and moonroof were open at the time of the accident. They even moved it into a locked area so nothing would get stolen. They went the extra mile for sure. Wonderful, kind hearted employees. Thank you for helping me on one of the worst days of my life! You guys are awesome!

I have AAA for towing and called AAA to have an RV towed they dispatched Baker & Baker to my location the driver was extremely rude very unprofessional and refused to tow my motorhome stating various reasons why he didn't want to give me a tow 12 miles away. When you're going through a very stressful time & your car is broke down the last thing you need is a driver with an attitude that refuses to help and is very rude. I would never recommend this towing company. The driver explicitly said no one would tow the vehicle as the tread was worn on the back tires and I then turned

We were visiting Portland on holiday and rented a car to drive out to see the tulip farm in Woodburn. About five minutes before we arrived at the farm, we got a check engine light for low tire pressure and sure enough, we had a flat tire! We called AAA and they had Baker & Baker out quickly. They towed us all the way back to the car rental agency in Portland, during rush hour (about an hour and fifteen minutes), and were super friendly, professional and accommodating throughout. They were great and we were lucky they were there to help us!

Great service. Today I was on my way to an appointment when, wouldn't you know it, my car breaks down. Unpleasant. I call triple A and they send Baker and Baker to get me, well, that was a good experience.
Even though I hate having my car break down, my tow driver seemed likke a great guys, was nice, and could carry a good old fashioned conversation. So many people don't know how to do that anymore.

I wish I'd heard about Baker & Baker under better circumstances but unfortunately it was after I totaled my most trustworthy friend: Red Demon, my 2007 Toyota Corolla on the way home from work. Rainy, oily road, dark country road, and tires don't mix. My car spun around about three times and then I found out what a head on collision with a guard rail feels like.
B&B picked up my wreck and cleaned up all of the debris. Yesterday, I went and said goodbye. They helped me to get all of my belongings from the car and are coordinating with my insurance to have the car picked up

I needed an out of state tow due to car trouble that lasted longer than my vacation. Along with the tow I made a special parking request to please my widowed mother, for four months, until my return (at this point my car does not run and will not be easy to move). They were referred to me by AAA. I've worked on cars for a long time, and often (unfortunately that means they need towing often). My pet project broke down on me in a friend's driveway. I was scared they would send the main Canby tow company. They told me it was going to be these guys who I have never used before. My car needs a flat bed, and it's low to the ground. AAA told me about 40 minutes. They text me that it would be 50... Kris was there in less than 30. I had the pleasure of getting a dead car battery in a Walmart parking lot with 2 toddlers. I called AAA and they said that I'd be getting help within 45 minutes. As I sat there, I was a little concerned about what kind of person would be helping me. I was in a busy well lit parking lot, but it would have been scarier if faced with being stuck in a dark secluded place. But, then Justin pulled up in his Baker & Baker truck. He was such a nice guy. I enjoyed talking with him while he jumped by van and got me ready to go. If his fellow truck drivers are half as great as him, I'd say this

We were assigned Baker & Baker through AAA to get my car towed after a mishap with a curb. We were sent a flatbed because Subaru, but the nature of the damage meant that the flatbed wouldn't work. Joe said that he COULD have done it if he'd had a different truck, but he didn't want to risk further damage to my vehicle. We thanked him for his honesty and tried to fix it on-site without success, then called AAA again a couple of days later.
