The driver that towed my daughters car was rude, unprofessional and careless. He put charges on the bill for things that were not done. This was a bad situation for everyone and this towing company made things worse by far. You better hope they don't get called to your accident.

Robyn was very rude disrespectful and unprofessional. My friend got in an accident and needed his medication ASAP and Robyn acted as if it was a joke. We arrived at 1 pm after calling to let her know that we would be on our way. She said a driver who had the key wouldn't be here until 3. Upon arrival she had an attitude and acted irritated that we showed up early. I informed her if she could have someone here ASAP but if not we would wait here til 3. Upon waiting I asked for a supervisor she said she is the only supervisor and the owner wouldn't want to talk to me. Next as we are waiting

This was the absolute best experience I've ever had with a tow company. Generally you're having a bad day if you need their service, and I was, but they turned it around. From calling Premier to Brian arriving to help, it couldn't have been more than 10mins. Brian got my vehicle loaded with what seemed like one fluid motion, and delivered it with the same skill. He was a very nice guy, explained what he was going to do, and got me where I needed to go in no time at all.

Dan is a highly skilled and very knowledgeable tow truck driver with this company. These drivers have demanding work schedules which require them to be on call 24/7. Unfortunately, I was the guy needing a tow in the middle of the night which required someone to get up out of bed to come help me and Dan was that lucky guy... I was very impressed that he showed up alert, ready to go, and did his job with a great attitude, and also had a few funny stories to share.

Brian from Premier arrived on time and with the right equipment to tow my motorcycle to the shop. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. I was able to help load the bike up and he secured it perfectly. It arrived promply at the motorcycle dealership and was unloaded successfully. Dan was absolutely amazing, he was on time actually he was early, communicated amazingly with me on when he was arriving. Through text messaging.... he was super professional made sure things were good took good care of the Truck.. my wife was the one driving I was almost asleep ( work graveyards ) but I took the car to her so she could take the kids home and I stayed with the truck.. it again premier towing KEEP DAN he was amazing

Absolutely amazing customer service. I was from out of town and really terrified because I locked my keys in my car, was having a really bad day, and generally freaking out at the moment. Robin, who was the dispatcher, was so incredibly kind, compassionate and supportive. You really don't ever see that from strangers, let alone the towing company! The truck came within a few minutes and the whole situation was done and over before my adrenaline even knew to chill out. Thank you for the genuine help!!
