I don't live in the area, but I've been to this studio twice with my mom and I love it!
I've been practicing on and off for 7 years (more off than on) and have lived in a few different cities, so I've been to a LOT of yoga studios. Some more cardio/power, some really emphasizing proper form, some hot, and some just slow/for beginners.
This studio is the best of all worlds, and I think has a great balance between stretching & core work. I've had two different instructors, both of which left me invigorated but also had great stretching emphasis.
I wish I had a studio

Just starting out practicing yoga and Yoga in Sewickley had good reviews - so I thought I'd give it a try. The studio is small, but very clean. They provide all the equipment you need - mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets........The instructor explained each move - and a modification for the move if you needed it. She walked around the room and corrected your pose if you needed it. It was a quick hour. The downside is the parking. If you're lucky to get a spot close by - otherwise you need to drive around to find one - plus you have to pay for parking.

Mixed level class was much better suited for beginners. Instructor identified when a pose was wrong, but did little to help individuals in the class correct their pose. Class was heavily dependent on blocks. Instructor rarely guided breathing when transitioning between poses. Instruction was tailored to older adults. Would not recommend to fit, young adults.
