A very close friend of mine who is 91 years old and lives alone has been bedridden for about a year, and Care Indeed has provided round the clock care for her during that time. The service has been excellent. Each caregiver is required to keep a log of everything that happened during her shift, and the log is available for family members to read. The agency tries hard to find caregivers who will be a good match for the patient, and if anyone turns out not to be a good match, they are quickly replaced. My wife is 75 years old and recently underwent a total Knee replacement surgery on her left knee.
We were trying to hire a person to provide in-house help for a few days post-surgery. This is the very first experience for us to hire a Caregiver.
We received a referral list of Care Providers in and around Los Altos, CA, where we live, from El Camino Hospital, Mountainview, CA.
Our experience:
We contacted three caregiver companies including yours. While the other two were either slow in their response or had terms and conditions not friendly to the customer, we found the people at CareIndeed

Care Indeed is amazing. They have been so caring to my 95 year old mother-in-law who is not the easiest person to deal with. She has had two caretakers now and they have been patient and professional. When finished with her needs, they spend the extra time with her socially which she just loves. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and caregivers at Care Indeed. They are easy to deal with and I highly recommend this wonderful service.

My dad had a minor stroke and while in the hospital, the team came to interview my dad/me to make sure that care was set up and ready to go when he was released! We really liked all of the care givers and felt very secure and pleased with their level of care and attention. The administrative team was also very helpful and responsive. During a very stressful situation, they were very helpful and reassuring.

My 97 year-old grandmother had a bad experience with this company. So bad, it's taken me since March 2019 to write this review. All memories of this business were highly frustrating and extremely upsetting.
The girl who was assigned to take care of my grandmother was young (25), inexperienced and hostile.
She often arrived late, angry, and would leave early.
My grandmother is legally blind. The girl would lie about the time and leave when she felt like it. I know this as my grandmother's neighbors look out for her and would call me daily.

I have been working with Care Indeed the past 4 years. I feel at home basically because the people running the business are approachable. The Filipino culture being addressed Ate or Kuya is very endearing. It connotes respect and belongingness as a family.

I would highly recommend Care Indeed. Their staff has been caring for my mom with Alzheimer's for about 6 months. Their caregivers are very caring and have created bonds with my mother. The office staff and management is also responsive and will do what it takes to take care of their clients.
I have worked with other agencies and I like them the best.

My mom is 95 and she had a fall some time ago and had a hospital stay at 2 facilities; she needed caregiver help, full-time, 24 hours. After interviewing many caregivers and agencies, we chose Nurse Instead. They are new and they are really nice people. You will meet the entire staff and management. They have trained RNs who know how to do home care. They wash, clean, cook, help mom to exercise and bathe and dispense meds. They care a lot about their patients. Their execs work very hard to make sure you and and mom are happy. I trust my mom to their care when we are not there and they let me know
