I was scared of moving into an apartment complex because they always have such bad reviews but I honestly don't have anything bad to say about this one. The manager is always super nice and knows me by name. There's security roaming the grounds at night to make sure there's no thievery, and I've never had any problems at night. Although being right next to the street for my apt can be very loud, I feel safe and I love that we get to have a month to month lease and that they're pet friendly and it's very easy to move in and add someone to the lease. Also the inner apartments near the pool are super

MANAGER HAS NO IDEA WHAT TO DO EVER
MAINTENANCE person sucks they don’t replace they just “fix” everything 1000x over and over
EVERYTHING IS JUST PAINTED OVER and OVER
THICK LAYERS OF PAINT ON WALLS
CLOSET DOORS BREAK OFF WITH A TOUCH
TUB WAS MOLDY AND WAS JUST PAINTED OVER not even scrubbed
THIS IS YOUR WARNING!!

I lived in apartment D and it was so haunted, anyone else experience anything there? My 2 year old was afraid of the master bedroom bathroom and said there’s a man smiling at him, computer keys typing in the middle of the night, baby mobile wind up and turned on by itself, the faucet turns on by itself and more things happened, too many to name.

I've lived there for almost 5 years, when I first moved in, got harassed by the security guy, claiming neighbors complaining about my kids, around 9 pm, and some of my neighbors of his ethnicity partied till midnight!!! Teenagers in the play ground use and all around use profanity like drinking water. Finally, when I moved out, I though I would get $120 deduction for cleaning from my $1200 deposit, because I lived there for 5 years, and they have never done any renovation for me, but they took $500, for cleaning, re painting, fixing holes, and replacing the screen door, which I have paid $100 for
