Busy office, but still gave me the professional and personal attention that I needed to address my skin. Fast and attentive front staff and nurse assistance asking questions in preparation of the doctor made it very smooth to get in and out under 30 mins! Dr. Kassardjian was great! Examined my skin, provided treatments/solutions, extracted what was needed and then put the band-aid on. Never have I experienced such quick professionalism and personal attention from a skilled dermatologist! I’ve been to one in Beverly Hills and l wished I found Kassardjian sooner! Thank you!

I write this review as a method of feedback for Dr Horowitz. I have been a long time patient of yours and see you rather infrequently. I trust your expertise and place my confidence in you when I have a dermatological issue that needs attention, that will not change. This one star is not for you. This one star is for the blind spot that you have when it comes to entrusting your office staff as the gatekeepers of your needed care. In short: CUSTOMER SERVICE/FRONT DESK IS NOT GOOD! The doctor/nurse practitioners might be fine, but what's the point if the front desk says they will call you back (and they DON'T for three days even after follow up), they FAIL TO COMMUNICATE TO THE PHARMACY, and then you CANT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION refilled! Not worth it, go somewhere else.

Just got back from a skin cancer check. The front desk workers seemed unable to understand how a mask worked. One wore her mask beneath nose and one just took hers off to fix her hair and left it off. If they are unable to follow basic cdc guidelines to keep their patients safe, I wonder what other corners they are cutting concerning my healthcare. As I left, I walked by dr Horowitz who instead of apologizing averted his eyes. After 10 years my family will be looking for a new dermatologist.

Dr Horowitz is a great doctor and his office runs very smoothly. I have never had a shorter waiting time for appointments then at his office. They usually get me in and out in 15 minutes.
I feel as though he is more conservative then other dermatologists I've been to. I have to get steroid injections for alopecia and he did a lot less injections then I've had before but my hair is still growing back.

I absolutely loved my experience here. The whole staff was attentive and friendly. The office seems new and it is beautiful. Dr. Horowitz was super friendly and very thorough. He removed a couple of skin tags. It was quick and painless. I would recommend him and will definitely be back next year for my annual checkup.
