Yesterday I bought 800.00 worth of products and didn't receive any samples when i got home i noticed i ordered the wrong product so i called to exchange the unopened and unused product I was told by unaccomodating Cindy that I can't return or exchange the product for the one I actually need. This is bad customer service and I'm upset that I'm stick with a $172.00 product i don't need. Don't make a mistake here you won't be accommodated at all. Bad customer service!

I love Annie Chiu! Having Dr. Chiu work on your face is like having your most trusted friend, who wants you to look your absolute best, work on your face. She takes her time and gets it right. She makes all the right suggestions and keeps it so natural looking. I trust her sooo much!!! Everyone needs something different and she seems to obsess over the fact that fillers and botox are not a one size fits all kind of thing.Her staff is great..and the products are amazing. The daily glow pads are life changing. I highly, highly, highly recommend.

I strongly recommend Dr. Chiu. I met her when I lived in Hermosa Beach and absolutely loved her results and professionalism. I moved up to the LA area and have met many other top doctors like her, at the end, I decided to return to her last year. I drive down here to see her because she is totally worth it. She is extremely good at what she does and her staff is always sweet and willing to help in any way they can.

Wow, wow, wow! Where do I start with this amazing facility, staff and experience?! From when I scheduled my appointment on the phone to when I had a laser procedure done on a spider angioma right below my eye, I was so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and the knowledge Dr. Annie Chiu and her team shared with me. I think so many people are doing laser/skin care these days that have a network of professionals to recommend and trust. After the first visit I was excited to add her to the network. In the end, I personally would not recommend her. In my opinion she had good machines (updated etc,) so you will probably get decent results but she is just trying to make money and doesn’t care about the end result. I’m disappointed in the end result of an IPL. She did a decent job with the IPL, the machine works but missed some major spots on forehead. After the first appointment a follow up was scheduled in

After an injury, my back just hasn't been the same. Dr. Chiu suggested I try Emsculpt. I thought about it for a long time because the brochure only featured a guy with a six pack and that's not what I was going for. It only took one treatment to feel the change! Dr. Chiu is so on point. Went in a few years ago for acne started a 3 month plan and now my skin is clear and has been clear every since. Her products (she created) are amazing...I use her weekly power peels and GlycoCleanse Cleanser regularly. Her office is clean and beautiful, the staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. She is in high demand but they try their best to fit you in, at appointments there isn't a long wait time which i appreciate. I still visit for annual mole checks and occasional peels.. I would and have recommended her to others!

Dr. Annie Chiu is very caring and attentive. I have seen her for several procedures related to acne, acne scars, and now rosacea. She has always been very understanding of how frustrating acne and rosacea can be. She never tries to sell you the most expensive procedures she is very honest to tell you if she thinks something would not work out for you. She is a truly 5 start doctors, one of the few doctors that cares about you getting better and not just your money. The only reason why I'm giving them 4 starts is because it is very hard to get an appointment and sometimes you have to wait weeks
