Just had my trailer serviced and an excellent service as usual, Nothing too much trouble - they sorted out all the little niggles - windows stuck, light cluster housing detached, door sticking. In the past they couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring when I bought a wreck of a trailer with a twisted chassis. It was completely repaired and assistance given to me to claim back some money from the seller too.

I've been doing business with Patrick Barham for 30 years and have found him unfailingly helpful and ready to 'go the extra mile'. Last week, at 4.30 pm, I phoned him to say I urgently needed 5 new tyres on my Ivor Williams trailer. By 9.45 the following morning I was driving home with the newly-shod wheels. Pretty good customer service in my book - and the price was competitive. Thanks Patrick.

Utterly appalling attitude. I booked an appointment for a tow bar to be attached and arrived in poor weather but was not offered a seat, was not told when the fitting would start and I was left to pace up and down in the rain and cold outside. They helped themselves to tea but did not offer me one. The communication was zero. They eventually started work an hour after the appointment and ignored me as though I didn't exist. These people have no customer skills and need lessons in basic customer care. They are by far the rudest garage I have ever attended. Avoid.
