I've had two great experiences with Hanna Trailer over the last 9 months. The first was when I have a Class III tow hitched installed on my Nissan NV2500 cargo van and another was when my 6x10 enclosed cargo trailer needed to be fixed due to some rough riding around the country. Both experiences were great- they didn't BS me around in what needed to be fixed nor try to upsell me on anything that I didn't need. I felt very comfortable being a female walking in there which is a huge plus since this is typically a 'man zone'. I look forward to being a continued customer of theirs.

My one star review isn’t specifically for the work Hanna Trailer Supply did for our RV, it is for the overall service we received. We dropped off the RV to have a few things checked out and to get the oil changed. About a week later we hadn’t heard anything so we called and were told that they lost the keys (including all the keys to the storage, doors, etc). They said they would update us soon about what they could do. We had almost no communication from them, instead we needed to call regularly to check on the status. It took 8.5 weeks (June - August) for them to remake all the keys, causing

Hanna Trailer was awesome!!!! They had the best customer service. My trailer is only two years old and my refrigerator broke. We bought a new one from an online store and that one was broke as well!!! We contacted Hanna Trailer service and even though they were busy, they fit us in to diagnose and order what we needed. They got the fix in, in two weeks and installed!!! Mark and John were always kind, patient and accommodating. They now have a customer for life!!! Excellent place to go!!!

I want to thank the customer service team at Hanna RV. Their response time was incredible. I had an issue with a awning I purchased from their website, so I emailed them with the issue and pictures. They didn't hesitate to send out a replacement while they worked with the manufacturer on the warrant claim. They completely saved family's camping trip we have planned for the following weekend!

Brought our 2004 Jayco Class C in for a leak in the propane tank. I was expecting problems with parts, etc especially due to the pandemic. John quickly assessed what was needed and not only had it repaired but completed several other maintenance items in just a short time. We bought a used RV from a private party and needed assistance with a TV antenna (we didn't have a clue after internet searches and visits to other stores).
