I had sent an email to violet in regards to potentially setting up a hair/make up trial for my wedding. At first she responded right away to set up a call with her to go over what I was looking for. I called her a couples days later and she told me to send her my availability and she would send me her pricing. After reviewing pricing I sent a bunch of dates I was available for a trial. I had sent in an inquiry at the start of the year regarding my late summer/early fall wedding. I got an email response promptly from Violet with the current pricing list and telling us we should reach out if we had further questions. After reviewing, I had a few other follow-up questions since I was planning for makeup for myself, my bridesmaids, and our Moms. I received no reply, and after following up two weeks later, I still got no answer.

If the date was booked, or even if Violet wasn't interested in booking our wedding, it would be professional and appropriate to at least notify us

I used Violet for my engagement photos in early 2015. She did such an INCREDIBLE job that there was no question she'd be the one i'd use on my wedding day! I just got married this summer on July 2nd Indiana did my makeup for the wedding!.

I found the Dolls just by searching the web for local artists. I wanted someone who used a natural pallet and brought out the features of the face without completely changing it. When I found their portfolio I loved how their brides looked like themselves not like clowns. I contacted them immediately and she got me right away.

We first met for a trial run. I went to her cute studio in San Mateo and was pleasantly surprised by the warmth I immediately felt from Indiana.
