Cindy and her team did an outstanding job coming to our Air Bnb and assisting us with hair and makeup. We had multiple hair and make up request and the 2 stylists were able to get everyone ready in a few hours. Our makeup looked nice and well put together well into the night and so did our hair. I am very pleased with the results and professionalism from Cindy and her team. Thank you for everything.

I had a haircut from the amazing Nicolette! I was going back and forth on making this appointment due to covid concerns, but she took the time to explain their policies and what they are doing to ensure the safety of themselves and their clients! She also made it a point to make sure I was comfortable coming in to appointment before I came. I am currently trying the curly girl method on my hair and she was able to give me a lot of tips to cut my hair styling time! With her help I was able to bring out my natural waves and minimize my frizz!

Loulou is my #1 go to person. I WOULD NEVER TRUST SOMEBODY ELSE WITH MY HAIR!!!! She colors & cuts my hair! She always does an amazing job every. single. time! I’m so excited to have found a hair dresser that I LOVE in the Bay Area, and she’s not ridiculously expensive like so many other places in this area. Meredith is so talented and she always brings my hair dreams to life, no matter what I ask for. I will never go anywhere else again! The store is super cute and conveniently located close to downtown Burlingame/Burlingame Avenue. They maintain it so well and I always enjoy spending time with both Meredith and Loren while I’m there!

Background: My hair was up to my waist and my grey hair was out of control. As a new mom, I am on a tight budget and rarely have time to take care of myself -- when I finally decided to have a new look, I had such a traumatizing experience that I ran out of the salon crying. My cut/style was nowhere near how I described it and she colored my hair black instead of medium/dark brown. And did I mention that she used a razor to cut my hair? split ends waiting to happen...

After getting my extensions removed, I tried different three times over two months to get a haircut that allowed my fine, wavy hair to air dry without styling yet still look great. It ended up uneven, frizzy, and unflatteringly messy.

Then I met Nicolette.

Day of haircut: Nicolette did a fantastic job, my hair came out exactly the way I wanted it.

When I found out my hair stylist Nicolette Cabe works at PRIMP, I decided to check out her new salon environment. The salon is a very cozy and welcoming environment and not too far from downtown Burlingame area. She retouched my chocolate highlights as well as trimmed my wispy front bangs. I've been a loyal client with her for the past 4 years. She works quick and efficient.
I definitely left PRIMP happy and satisfied.

Bianca Rose is a color magician. She did a rainbow unicorn oil slick look on my hair and I couldn't be more excited. She was thorough, professional and so much fun to work with. I instantly felt comfortable sitting in her chair. She understands complementary colors, blending and is able to create the most beautiful colors with her precise techniques. Second, I have been seeing Meredith for a few years now and followed her to PRIMP. She has an uncanny ability to understand what you are looking for even if you cant really explain it. She will never lead you astray and will be completely transparent about the process and the up keep of what you are going for. She continues to stay updated on new/celebrity trends and is a serious color wiz. Just look at her hair and makeup ALWAYS ON FLEEK!!! She is her best walking advertisement. Ladies and Gentlemen

Loren Sartain is an awesome stylist! She always pays attention to what I want and what will compliment my face, making me look and feel great. The salon is clean, modern, small and quiet.

Meredith is wonderful!!! Every time I leave after my service with her I receive tons of compliments I actually left a appointment once went to IN N Out burger and the young gentlemen working said your hair looks really nice.
