Eight years ago my husband and I took a leap of faith - born out of our own personal need for transportation and not being able to find affordable service - created the service we needed for Sussex County.

Just used Sussexpress for the first time, needed pickup from JFK at 10:30pm and return to Sussex County. Very happy with their service and pricing. The driver was on time, picked us up at the designated spot and got us home with no issues or surprises. Driver was friendly/courteous and assisted us with our luggage. Will definitely use Sussexpress again next time we need transportation to/from an airport!

This is waaaay overdue, but better late than never, as they say.
I booked a ride to and from Newark Airport for the end of February and beginning of March. On the day of departure, we got some unexpected snow, but the driver, Damien (I hope I spelled that correctly) called to let me know he was running a little late. This was important, because I find getting the ride to the airport to be the most stressful part of any trip.
Damien wasn't even 10 minutes late, but I appreciated the communication. He was friendly and took his time, and I got to the airport in plenty of time.
On the trip home

Finding this company was like finding a diamond in a pile of pebbles. I had a problem with my connecting flight and SUSSEXPRESS was so professional. They communicated with me through the whole debacle. Nothing shook them up and they were there within 2 minutes of my getting to the pick up spot. The lady who drove was kind, helpful and an excellent driver. The vehicle was nice and clean. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a ride to or from the airport. They are experienced, it shows and you won't be disappointed.

Everything was Great! The driver called when he arrived on time. As we came out he handled our bags with care. He offered assistance as we entered the van. BTW, the van was clean inside and out. The driver drove very well and we arrived on time safe and sound.

We recently used Sussexpress to take 5 of us from Stockholm to LaGuardia and then back for a trip. They were one time, friendly and took care of us. It was such a great experience! We recently used Sussexpress' car service to get to and from our cruise which left out of Manhattan. Both ways our drivers were friendly and accommodating. When we encountered a late disembarkation from our cruise, our driver stayed in the area until we were ready to go. Then when my husband left his phone in the car after we were dropped off, the driver met us at a nearby establishment so we could retrieve it. We really feel that they went above and beyond with their flexibility and service! We will definitely use them again. No question.

Sussex Press picked a group of us 11 of us up from the airport with 14 bags total and we still had room to spare! It was quick and easy to book online, incredibly affordable, and the driver was lovely!
