Fantastic customer service! I placed an order 12/16/17 expecting it to arrive before Christmas. When I checked on the order on 12/19 I was disappointed to see it had not been fulfilled. I sent an email to CS asking for an update and received a phone call 5 minutes later telling me the order had shipped for next-day delivery--they had just sent the email but I hadn't seen it yet. So, excellent CS and I've been happy with all the items I've ordered in the past. Thank you!

I bought a slip dress off this website during black friday, got an amazing deal, customer service was very responsive very quickly, and my order shipped asap. To my surprise, when I received the shipment, they had included a hand written thank you note, and a small gift. This is exactly the kind of gesture I look for, really nice experience, I will be shopping on this website quite often moving forward.

I purchased a handbag online as a gift. The return policy is apparently only 2 weeks (and I was assured that a return policy was in my order but I never saw it). Without ever shopping here before I assumed the store would allow for a return but the person I spoke with on the phone was not helpful and no one responded to my email regarding the fact that I didn't want store credit. I now understand that I shouldn't buy gifts here as the window doesn't allow for any leniency and the staff wasn't accommodating for a first time shopper.
