Services
At Regeneration, we constantly strive to help our customers feel at home within our store. Our mission is to satisfy our new and faithful shoppers with consistency, friendliness, integrity, and affordable fashion. Melanie and Nicole met just before the millennium in Boulder, Colorado. They became fast friends bonding over what to do for stinky summertime feet.
Regeneration allows you to leave items that we do not buy from you and those items you no longer want to be picked up by The Capuchin Soup Kitchen. A representative from the organization comes to the store every Thursday to pick up these donated items. Although we cannot provide you with a tax receipt, your donation goes to an excellent organization and a great cause!
Seasonal pieces - We choose items based on the current season, and usually shift into the following season gradually. Please only bring in 25 items per Buy Day. We include jewelry and accessories in this count. We always set aside any items we are interested in purchasing from you and are happy to show you what we did select and the price they will be sold for.
What are the amounts I receive for my items? We offer you a percentage of the total amount we will sell your items for in our store in either cash, store credit (trade) or a combination of cash and store credit (trade). You can take either 30% in cash or 45% in store credit. Why can I only bring in 25 items at a time?

GREAT Store. One of the best fashion bargain secrets in Detroit. Been shopping and selling my clothes here since the beginning and I get most of my wardrobe here. The choices and prices are incredible. Not only is the curation and selection fabulous in both up to date and vintage fashions, but the owners and employees are super nice and professional. They have become friends to me and many of their other customers. They go out of their way to do the right thing and make customers happy. Love this place. Cannot say enough good things about it.

I love this place! You can always find unique pieces, both current and vintage. Their prices are reasonable, and they give you a great return on clothing items you sell to them. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is a real sense of community in here every time I visit.

Totally disappointed..items on their racks are torn. Discolored. Boots have uneven heels. But on Sunday at the Clawson store..they won't take a heavy wool blend women blazer. Perfect beige trench coat ....pics attached. The manager from the Pleasant Ridge store was there. Been coming for years. I think it's a personal and racist thing. I referred my sis to the Clawson store couple years ago with NATIONAL DESIGNER BRAND shoes. They didnt want them!! Once I bought in a pair of black jeans my mom got in Maryland..I didnt want them..took to Pleasant Ridge store. Some young dude said they didnt want

The original of 2 amazing 2nd hand stores in the area. Super friendly staff and low prices on a wide variety of today's and yesterdays clothes. This isn't the ratty type of 2nd hand done people think of, these clothes are trendy and in great condition. At this point about 80% of my clothing purchases are at one of the two Regeneration stores. Follow their Instagram for a heads up on employee picks that come through their door. Love this place. I've found 3 pairs of Doc Martins in great condition!
