Went in last Wednesday 5/29...Paid $50 for a pedicure which my feet look the same as when I left, I even asked for specific nail cutting That NEVER happened and also SNS nails...they are already lifting around… the edges because they were not filed...also asked for a manicure as well and never even got that, but I was charged for it! $90 later plus tip, I should have just skipped it and done it myself!! 😡

I hate confrontation but I’m paying for a service that I should be leaving happy with. I had an appointment with Alyssa got there early. She was with someone else. Soaked my nails and says I will be… back....that didn’t happen. Another lady started and did my nails. No I didn’t speak up again I just assumed she was helping for a minute. The lady really tried but it was the worst nail job. They are all very uneven on top and the ends. It’s awful. Very disappointed and will not return.
