We bought our house a year ago and have nothing but fond memories & highest appraisal for Alison's abilities/skill in the business. Alison was exceptional and definitely saved us 10-20% on our final payment. It's very weird to admit this -- I came in thinking we'd do FSBO or Redfin having never bought a house and being skeptical of the commissions involved in the realty business. Horrible transaction! I purchased a new build through Nancy Jenkins, from a builder her team assured me was trusted and did quality work. He did all but that! I had flooding multiple times in my basement after I moved in, which he "patched up" the problem. I finished my basement and had to replace the flooring several times, myself out of pocket. I have cracks in my foundation and slab that apparently are not under warranty. I had my well pump stop working. Come to find out the builder Craig McDonald put an underpowered well pump in my home, was a 3/4 hp when it should have been a 1 hp

A very short-notice employment opportunity lead to my family and I moving out of state, about a four hour drive away. I had made plans to do some minor renovations over the course of a few months, and then move to selling.
