Anthony Gaumache is a Burlington slum lord. The property he rents (69 Brooke’s ave) is absolutely delapidated, with an absolutely destroyed roof that could cave in any day, that same roof is also filled with hundreds of squirrels. There are mice running rampant; and this lovely landlord refuses to do anything about these problems and continues to overcharge for this dump, knowing that desperate students and young adults will have to settle for living in a disgusting dump because of the rental shortages. He has been made aware of the huge cracks in the ceiling, the rats and mice, and many more
