DCU has six convenient branches and multiple ATMs across Tampa Bay and Central Florida. As a DCU member, you also have nationwide access to your account through the CO-OP network that includes more than 5,000 shared branches and 30,000 fee-free ATMs. When visiting a shared branch location, you'll need to identify yourself as a USF Federal Credit Union member (our parent company) and provide your member number and photo ID.
To join the credit union, you may visit any of our branch locations or conveniently and securely open your account online. A primary savings account with a minimum $5 deposit is required for membership. Credit unions are not-for-profit and exist to help people, not to make a profit. As such, all earnings are returned to their members in the form of higher rates on savings, lower rates on loans and lower fees.

I have banked with this company for more than 2 years and as long as I don’t have a problem there is no problem. But the lack of empathy or willingness of customer focus and financial success is disappointing to say the least. DCU decided to reject a rent amount due to my limit. Which is 100% fine. But instead of rejecting the entire payment. It decided to reject the payment then allow part of it ($846 out of the $2881) to go through. Putting my account at risk because my rent was still not paid for since they rejected the full payment on their end. I upped my limit and made my payment of the

The This is the WORST "credit union" I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The one star is because Google requires at least one to leave a review. You buy $8.00 worth of gas just to top off? $75 hold. You want to speak to customer service? Forget it. They'll tell you to download the app, figure it out yourself, then HANG UP ON YOU. The absolute RUDEST, least professional people on the planet. I'm supposed to be on vacation with my family and instead I'm dealing with these jerks.

I really HATE this bank! This bank doesn't put there customers needs at the forefront. When it comes to people's money, this should be open 24/7. Fraud is done on your account over the weekend and you really have to wait until Monday to get the process started. You call on Mon, and before they credit back your account, their emailing you a form that you have to print, sign, and send back, before they give you even provisional credit! Are we living in the stone age! Every other financial institution, this is an electronic process that doesn't take a freaking week or more! This bank needs a serious

I have had this card and been using for close to a year. I received it when I started working at Cheddars and I’m pretty positive they got all the info they needed in the beginning such as my address, social security number, my name, and birthdate. I stopped working at Cheddars and set my card up for my new job and have been using it every since. So today I got paid and tried to check my balance only to find out that my card is inactive. So I talk to a “representative” and they tell me they need me to fax them my social security number, proof of address, and my state issued ID. I faxed all

Worse than regular banking, one-sided and a nightmare ! I'm extremely irate and will update my review. Their customer service is very condescending and rude. They pick and choose how to notify you and what form of notification they will give you and use that as an excuse. They say that they understand hardships but do not help in them. I'm extremely irate, hurt and upset and will update my review...Do not choose this credit union! Again, they are no different than the major banks and just as worse.

When I deal with a financial institution that is based in the US and is a CREDIT UNION I expect to talk to someone that English is their first language if I request it. With all the fraud going on now a days why do you think people that are forced to bank with you would want to speak to people that have an accent that match many that try to defraud hard working Americans of their money? If I could leave a zero star, I would. If you’re thinking about opening a loan with this bank, RUN. Old and antiquated technology, terrible customer service, confusing payment schedules etc. I can only see the last 90 days of transactions on the the website, had to call today to get a full transaction list sent to me BY MAIL. What is this 1981? This is the second time I’ve felt cheated, and this time I am 100% positive they’re scamming me. A hacker or skimmer hit my bank account and the fraud department was calling me while I'm calling Darden to report. They obviously know it wasn't me yet it's day 8 and my money still hasn't been returned 👿 Lousy customer service. Pretty sure not in the United States. Hell, who knows, it could have been them trying to steal from me. You can bet I won't shut up until I get my money. Then I'm gonna sue Darden for the Hell they've put me through 👿
