Hungerfords came to our rescue! The adage about not missing the water until the well runs dry is true -- when our well water cut off on a Sunday night we were in a panic -- we tried calling a lot of plumbers for emergency service, but no go. Finally we found our way to Hungerfords and we are so glad we did. An emergency technician came out promptly on a Sunday, and figured out the issue. He worked with his team to get us scheduled for a new pump installation the following morning first thing which was amazing. The salesman, Ben, who called me the following morning was patient, friendly, informative

Hats off to Hungerfords. Emergency problem with my water pump well that services two houses. They fit me in quickly, had to troubleshoot but quickly figured out the pump was shot. Got a new pump up from New Haven within hours. Unfortunately, as can happen with any new equipment, the new pump blew a bearing about ten hours later. Hungerfords was back in a few hours, and then arrived very early in the morning with another pump. These guys were the best. Professional in everyway.

There was no water from well. I bought a control box for $120 that was $70 at other local stores, but not in stock. It could not be returned after I found the problem was from well/pump later. I also asked pump service and was told that a pump price costs $1,100 ($540 at F.W.Webb), $2100 installed. However, FW Webb does not sale to homeowners. Finally Heath water solutions did for $1300. I will never be there again.

I called Hungerfords first thing this morning and by the end of the day my stressful problem was resolved. The technician and the person who took my call were understanding patient and willing to educate me on my system. They have my business for sure.
