This company is absolutely fanatic. I can’t rave about them enough. They were so easy to work with when trying to plan the flowers for my wedding. Everything arrived to the venue better then I could imagine. Our photographer who has been doing weddings for 15 years said they were the prettiest flowers she has ever photographed. After an error with a recent delivery, I met with co-owner, Mike Burch, to discuss the unfortunate incident. He immediately looked into and remediated the situation to the best of his ability. I admire his… staff’s willingness to step in and assist as well. Bx of friends of friends, My family choose to get flowers from here for my mothers funeral. They were absolutely beautiful!! So colorful and fresh. It was an hour drive to the funerL home and they still looked as a good as when we picked them up. Attached are the flower assortment we chose. I am not comfortable with sharing her picture yet but the flowers around her urn we just as beautiful. I want to thank you guys for the beautiful flowers.

Very disappointed with the service and professionalism with my experience with this company. I ordered two arrangements and was quoted a price. next day I noticed I was charged more then quoted. I was also not satisfied with one of the arrangements considering what I was charged.I called back to ask about the charge; never once asked for a refund!… the lady I did speak to was great and very understanding and offered the refund. later that day got a phone call from a very rude and disrespectful gentleman. even threatened if I wanted a refund he would just go pick up the arrangements. I recently placed an order with Potomac Floral Design, it was a spray on tripod for a very dear friends funeral. I was a little late calling but the order was filled and the person on the phone was very professional and was extremely helpful during a sad time.
