I am an in-home and online personal trainer and accountability coach with a focus on three overarching principles- Strength, Confidence, and Positivity. With over 8 years of experience, I create individualized wellness programs based on you and your story. EnCourage is focused on empowering overachievers like you to regain control of your life, silence the negativity, embrace your strength, and transform- from the inside and out.

I grew up as the youngest with three older brothers so it was no surprise that I became an athlete very young. In fact, I started dancing when I was 3, playing soccer when I was 5, and cheerleading when I was 8- PHEW! Talk about being a busy kid.

After 15 years of being busy running from practice to rehearsal back to practice, reality hit when I didn't have a sport to lean on in college- I was quickly forced to learn how to balance being busy and healthy when I went to Duke University to study psychology with a specialization in eating disorder research.
Offering Personal Training, Accountability Coaching, and Run Coaching both in-person and online, together we will set individualized goals, break through any boundary, and help you embrace your inner and outer strength.

Specializing in integrating the forever evolving components of physical and mental health in and outside of the gym with a focus on circuit training, positive psychology, motivational techniques, and balanced life principles, you will find that your strength is limitless, feel encouraged to move, and encounter a true balance of a happy and healthy life.
In our first meeting, we will chat about you and your story including discussing medical health history, exercise preferences, and nutritional information. We will get an understanding of what your program will look like and get ready to start your journey towards strength, confidence, and positivity.
Whether you are a beginner runner training for your first 5K or a marathoner ready to PR, EnCourage offers run coaching specifically designed for you and your goals in-person or online. Your program can include a combination of the following services and will be completed catered towards you + your goals.
In our first meeting, we will chat on the phone about you and your story including discussing medical health history, exercise preferences, and nutritional information. You will fill out a 5-day food log and complete an (optional) fitness assessment. We will get an understanding of what your program will look like and get ready to start your journey towards strength, confidence, and positivity.
