My son has not been seen in over 8 months. You are supposed to have a 15 minute grace period to make it to appointments. We travel from Dover, DE which is an hour and a half away. We arrived 8 minutes after his appointment and they would not see him. This is ridiculous. There is nowhere on any documentation that the office no longer has a grace period. His appointment was at 12:50, they sent him with a slip that said he left the office at 1:01. Smh. I can't wait until I'm done with this office! It seems like as long as they are owed payments they will do what they need to do to get patients seen

Making my daughter's appt was fast and easy, because of the number of locations and flexibility. The office in Media has no AC, I had to request to accompany my underage child, and the area wasn't clean. The office space is uncomfortable because they don't have chairs in the waiting area just a bench. The promo for braces is misleading because it doesn't count for people with insurance. The amount for my daughter's braces was well over what others have priced in the area! They also didn't provide the same services as another orthodontist, however, this place wanted more money. If I could give this place a zero I would. Placed is ghetto and unprofessional. I went there today the placed was packed and the room had no air conditioner for patients only for employees. I have heart issues and couldn't breath I asked Chriatina Doran and she gave me a nasty attitude and said you can go outside and that mumble "why is she asking dumb questions " I didn't want to get more agravaded so I just asked for paperwork and left and my insurance better not get charged. Christina is nasty and should not be working in a place where you have to deal with people. Nasty place .Nasty people

This office attempted to charge me out of pocket for a service that was included with my insurance. The document/payment agreement they wanted me to sign didn't reflect the amount they were asking me out of pocket. I read the small print !!!! When I challenged this with the front desk staff they stated this is what she was instructed to do. I challenged this with the office manager and she informed me this is what she too was instructed to do.
