Many of our long-term customers have come to us looking for a shop that would care for them. Some have come for reasons of trust -and stayed with us. Some have come because they've heard that the value and service coming from our "Super Shop" is the best in the Kingston area. Each day at our shop we focus our attentions on our customers.
We can service your newer vehicle even if it is still within your factory warranty period. We use the proper manufacturer's specified parts and fluids while servicing your vehicle so as not to void the factory warranty. We can perform all mileage based services as the manufacturer calls for during your warranty period.
Maintaining your vehicle add's longevity to its life, oil starts to become acidic after about 3 months, so whether driving your car on a daily basis or keeping it stored, make sure and change the oil on a regular basis. Keeping your tires at the recommended car manufacturer's pressure setting, will help you obtain your best mileage and wear on the tires.

Scott went above and beyond to help me understand the issue with my AWD system, which the diagnostics indicated had failed. It isn't a repair that they could fully complete as the software needed is proprietary to the European car maker. So I was advised to use a dealership's repair services. I appreciated the advice and honesty of the Benchmark team.

So me and my wife were referred to these dishonest incapable and simply looking to make a quick 300 dollars off of me when they did absolutely nothing to my vehicle. I told them what the problems were and they were adamant about saying that we still owes them 300 dollars. And our AC would cost 2000 and on top of that we needed a window fixed. Which they wanted another 1600 for that. It’s a 2010 Nissan why would we sink 3k plus the supposed diagnosis was 300. Common sense would tell u that our vehicle is not even worth that much!!! We signed no agreement and was not given even a simple verbal
