Steve Lindley started Lindley Heating & Cooling (now Indiana Home Comfort Solutions) in 1993 as a small business with only one employee - himself! He began in the home improvement industry with a summer job landscaping and then moved on to work in heating and cooling.

Angila first joined the Indiana Home Comfort Solutions (IHCS) team in 2000. After taking 6 years off, she is back with determination and focus to help the company reach #1 in Indiana. For nearly 20 years, Angi has successfully owned and operated a bussiness of her own, A&A Enterprise. Her work experience has lead her to gain great communication, marketing, management, and problem solving skills.
Meet Alexandria, a valued employee here at Indiana Home Comfort Solutions (IndyHCS)! Alexandria has a degree in Human Development and has worked hand-in-hand with a lot of historic sites and non profit businesses developing programs. Alexandria has gained crucial marketing, management, and communication skills from these experiences.
Meet Austin, a certified HVAC Technician here at IndyHCS! Austin has experience in the field performing routine maintenance, service and installation for residential heating and cooling, as well as installing insulation in the attic, basement, and crawlspace. Here at IndyHCS, Austin is our lead technician for annual maintenance.
Meet Brad, a valued employee at Indiana Home Comfort Solutions (IndyHCS)! Brad joined the IndyHCS team in early 2010 as an apprentice installer. Brad's esteemed work ethic and enthusiastic spirit have led him to complete several professional certifications from Carrier, NATE, Aeroseal, Geothermal (.and more!), and achieve status as the Lead Installer!
