The Youth and Family Counseling Agency of Oyster Bay-East Norwich is a not-for-profit 501C-3, non-sectarian, community-based organization. YFCA was established in 1969 when a group of residents saw a need for a social service agency to benefit the community. Since its founding, YFCA has been an unwavering advocate for families in need, helping those most challenged to overcome adversity with privacy and dignity.
The YFCA is committed to raising the quality of life for those who are under-served in our community. Through your generosity, we can provide positive, life-changing results for our neighbors. Whether you donate $10 to cover your neighbor's copay, $500 to send a child to summer camp, or give your time and experience, you too can make a significant difference in the community.
YFCA serves the communities of Oyster Bay and East Norwich, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, or ability to pay. We offer family support services, drug outpatient services, toddler education services, and general mental health therapy. Our services are available to all and provided in the strictest confidence.
YFCA is excited to be partnering with Oyster Bay High School to offer this opportunity to explore digital citizenship. We're looking for motivated students to work with the YFCA staff and Board of Directors to manage and update our new website.
