I was the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Wentzville, member of a family of extremely well-known REALTORS, and a hard working criminal-defense attorney. I had never faced real criminal charges of any sort, and was/am a law-abiding citizen who took pride in contributing to my community. So, imagine my surprise when, while driving home from a late night at the office, an officer pulled me over for speeding, but didn't stop there.

When a man called to report a domestic disturbance, the police arrived and accused him of being the aggressor. They threatened to arrest him if he did not sign a waiver of prosecution against the other party. When he refused to do so, the arresting officer accused him of DWI, even though the man was never even driving.
Speeding Tickets are the most common form of traffic violation and can result in 2-3 points being assessed on your driving record. Many times, our office can help you to avoid having those points assessed against you. We have experience with a number of courts throughout the state and can give you an idea of what to expect for your particular ticket.
Missouri Drivers are required to exercise the highest degree of care in operation of a motor vehicle. Failure to do so either by speeding or inattentive or neglectful driving can result in the issuance of a Careless and Imprudent driving ticket. This is a 2 point ticket. If the incident which gave rise to the ticket involved an accident an additional 2 points, for a total of 4, will be assessed against the driver's record.
Non-moving violations are violations that do not result in points on your driving record. Seatbelt violations, Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle, and Failure to Display Plates are all examples of non-moving violations. Determining which charges are non-moving can be confusing. It's important to make sure that your charges are considered non-moving before pleading guilty.

About a week ago I talked with them and they said they would help, they gave me a price and I didn’t have enough. I asked if I could return on a different date and they said yes, I was told the latest I had was January 18th, I arrived today and was told that they wouldn’t do it. Good thing I didn’t wait till the 18th. Very disappointed...

So when you call them the ladies on the phone are so nice it hits you quickly. Then they know an answer for every question. You will see if you call Traffic Law Services. And, guess what, my ticket was amended to like a parking ticket and my fine was still only like $75.00. Highly Recommend! I think I talked with Alicia or Felicia the most -- ask for her

Traffic Law Services are truly a lifesaver. After getting my third speeding ticket in under a year (I know I know, lead foot) I was seriously worried about losing my driver's license. Since I needed to drive to work and school everyday the repercussions could have been detrimental. I went to Traffic Law Services and for under a hundred bucks they took care of pretty much everything for me, and I was able to keep my license. A miracle! The service was a bit expensive for me at the time, but still very worth it.

My wife ended up with a ticket that could have resulted in the loss of her license. She swore up and down she was not going as fast as she was ticketed and I believe her because, in the 10 years we have been together, I have never been in the car with her driving as fast as the officer said. We ended up contacting this law office because we wanted someone that specialized in this field and not some general purpose lawyer. We were not really confident enough to fight the ticket ourselves because we have zero experience in court. The lawyer we dealt with was very professional and she ended up getting

I knew I was being railroaded and that I didn't deserve the tickets I was giving by the officer that pulled me over. I asked a couple friends to recommend experienced lawyers that could defend me against the tickets and this is how I found these guys, they were beyond terrific, paid attention to detail and treated me like a VIP all the way. They answered every question I had and stood by me through the entire process, no matter what I need they were there. Thanks to them the tickets were dismissed and my driving record is still clean, I don't know what I would of done without all their help!
