OnPoint Fitness Studio & Acupuncture Center is under the ownership of George Miranda - Personal Fitness Instructor and Jose Romero - Licensed Acupuncturist and Personal Fitness Instructor. We are conveniently located on Cedar Lane in Teaneck, NJ. Our Studio has designed and implemented customized programs for weight loss and over-all fitness.

Services
Jose has been an enthusiast of physical fitness, wellness and nutrition most of his life. He's been training for more than 20 years with training certifications from AFFA and ISSA as well as CPR and AED certified. Jose enjoys the continued education for professional development and consequently refreshes and improves his knowledge and personalized fitness programs.

OnPoint Fitness Studio uses a variety of strength training methods to confuse your body, increased strength gains and your overall fitness. We offer 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour workout sessions. The sessions are designed for those who like to do more during their workouts. If you want to reduce body fat, increase muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently, these types of trainings are the key components of overall health and fitness.

At OnPoint Fitness Studio we work with groups of 3-5 at the fraction of the cost for a one-on-one trainer. Group Personal Training classes are smaller in scale.

I wanted to get back in shape after having my baby and was recommended to George by a friend. He's not just friendly but knows how to motivate you to push through! He's got me going 6am , 3 times a week while I have a 6 month old baby to take care of! Talk about master coach. Highly recommend George from OnPoint Fitness.

From the trainers, the facility, and to the workouts this place is definitely suited for each individual. I had personally experienced George as my personal trainer and I can definitely say that he was one of the best trainers I've had. George truly works for you and tries his best to push the limits to create a satisfying but safe workout. This was my first personal training experience and I feel very thankful to have found this place. Randomly called and asked for a trainer because I want to build muscle...and that’s exactly what’s happening. I’m so grateful to George for his enthusiasm, care and quality workouts. He keeps track of workouts and progress. He’s actually said l’ et’s focus’ (when I’ve talked too much!) I’ve have many trainers over the years, that’s never happened. He is outstanding. Onpoint fitness is amazing. Its the perfect one on one training thats customized to you. What i love the most about it is George trains myself, my children and his wife Mecredes trains my wife. So our whole family goes in for a private session, and ita super clean and we feel safe abd best of all I lost 2 pant sizes and feel great. My boys are all in better shape and know how to properly exercise thanks to George. My wife loves the intensity of Mercedes' trainings and has lost weight and 2 dress sizes as well.

OnPoint Fitness is the best, they know exactly how to motivate you and most importantly keep you motivated. I look forward to my work outs because they are tailored just for me and well planned out. I love this place!! After having my third child I knew I needed help getting back into shape. I am so glad I chose OnPoint. George and Mercedes have been absolutely amazing. They push you hard and help you achieve your goals. When it comes to working out, they know their stuff! In only two months I feel so much stronger and I have much more energy.
