Every one was amazing! Regina was overly great! We had a small booking issue and they went over and beyond to accommodate!

Don't get a room with any tub, there won't be any hot water to fill it. We were in the Cypress room.. only a jet tub that didn't work. We couldn't get clean the entire time we were there. Tried at 10am and again at 2am. Their excuse was everyone was using it... over priced for the quality we received and when we tried to talk to them about it we were shut down and dismissed.

Our daughter and her new husband were to stay here one night and were looking forward to it based on the pics on the website. Cathy was very friendly when booking with her over the phone but that’s where the “good” stopped. When my daughter arrived, there was very limited parking, the staff person at the property was rude, and the whole building was outdated and in desperate need of updating. Their room (the Medina) had old, worn out, stained carpet, peeling wallpaper and paint, a super tiny tub, and a musty smell. College students were gathering for a party in the other rooms. Needless to

Staff is friendly. The location is top notch. The linens and bathroom was clean. While we appreciated the space, in general, The Crystal River Inn is old. It needs a total overhaul, which I think they are starting. The kitchen was having extensive work done.

I hardly ever leave reviews and never bad ones. We were completely disappointed in our stay. The photos seem to be from long gone better days the gardens and house just felt old and tired. The web site boast a great seated breakfast and list wonderful food choices. We were served scrambled eggs, bacon and fruit - very disappointing when your expecting bananas foster crepes, quiche hollandaise or eggs Benedict. When we complained of the very basic breakfast we were told you only get the “great breakfast” items on weekends. Maybe they should state that on their web page so as not to disappoint

My husband and I stayed here for our trip to float the river. The HEB was right next door for last minute purchases and there were a lot of great restaurants in walking distance!
Service at Crystal River Inn was really good! Everyone was friendly and happy to help. The breakfast they served was always excellent and the room was very comfortable, vintage, and welcoming!
