I saw three surgeons before choosing my surgeon. Dr Setty, his office and staff were the whole package. When making appointments his office was my first choice for the location but of course that was not the most important part of picking a surgeon. I booked a complimentary consultation, where I met with Giovanna the medical assistant and Dr. Setty. Both of them were very professional but also personable. I've never had plastic surgery before and when I finally decided to do it, I thought of Setty because I drive by it all the time. My plan was to visit multiple offices but they impressed me so much i scheduled at the first appointment. They took great care of me! They're super informative and I left not having any questions from my pre-op appointment. I was happy with the care I received, the cost, and my results. They made everything super easy.

After reading many positive reviews, I booked a major (and expensive) procedure. There was no contact between the time of payment through the day before surgery (2 weeks). The day before I called to ask about pre-surgery do's and dont's since it was obvious my health wasn't a priority. I questioned if the anesthesiologist would contact me as I was advised in the pre-op appointment 2 weeks prior and was told "we have no control over that". I take prescriptions for insomnia and anxiety. I needed to know if I could continue my regular regimen the night before but received

What a beautiful location! Everything felt clean and new. Kudos to Michelle up front for being sweet and helpful. I received a hydrafacial from Kate and it exceeded my expectations (first timer). Everyone on staff are absolutely amazing, caring, understanding and full of information about next steps and what to expect. Thank you for being kind-hearted and easy to talk to. I live out of state and Dr. Setty not only took care of my abnormal and complicated situation but the entire staff from Marissa, Jessica, Autumn and Giovanna to Dr. Setty himself not only treated me as if was his only patient but like family. Lindsey is such a wonderful addition to Dr. Setty’s office. I’ve had 2 Botox treatments as well as 2 filler treatments this year. She’s amazing! No bruising after any of the appointments and all were minimal if not pain free which is a plus for my ‘mature’ skin. I feel like she accomplished my goal of looking refreshed and not overdone. She’s very personable and fun, yet professional, so it helps me look forward to my time there. I highly recommend her!

I had an amazing Hydrafacial here that was superb. My Esthetician was so knowledgeable with the ZO skin Heath care line and I am loving my results. I am seeing cellular changes in my skin that I have never seen before In only 3 weeks. So worth the investment in myself. I also had Botox with Lindsay and her knowledge as well was impressive.

I stumbled upon Setty's page on Groupon about a year ago and I'm glad I did. I knew my tolerance for pain and was of course very nervous at first considering I've never explored laser hair removal before that point. When I met Autumn, my life changed forever!!! She couldn't have made me feel MORE comfortable & understanding of my insecurities. I was a first timer so pain level & nakedness were my top 2 worries. Autumn's bubbly, funny, and relatable personality put me at ease right away! She even let me treat with the lights off to make me feel more comfortable.

After being cheated and lied to at other laser hair removal facilities, Setty Plastics has been a breath of fresh air for me! Crystal and Autumn always make me feel so comfortable and welcomed, and working with Jessica was so great! Update: I spoke with Heather today. I asked her which credit card she put the $800 credit for the two un-used sessions that she promised to refund on 9/5/18. I didn't see it on any my statements.
Just yesterday, she said they had issued a refund and "Nothing will make you happy." I'm unhappy because they HAVE DONE absolutely NOTHING. Today she denies she ever offering to refund the unused sessions. Why did u give her my credit card info when I was in the office to issue the credit on 9/5?? She continues to lie. She said since I "slandered" (exposed her) on Yelp yesterday

I'm a very private person, so I've hesitated to write this review. I had a breast reduction done by Dr. Setty, signed everything in his office indicating I DID NOT WANT ANY PICTURES MADE PUBLIC IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM. I not only checked no, I wrote beside it indicating I did not want my information shared. When I got to the hospital, due to my fault, I was running late. The nurses told me to remove everything, including my glasses and sign some forms. I did, to the best of my ability, I told them I couldn't really see the paper, but they just wanted them signed and done.

I had a mommy makeover 6 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Dr. Setty and his staff are awesome and the office in Mckinney is super convenient for me.
