We can provide air clearance testing to document the air quality regarding molds. We can also provide visual inspection of a suspect area and provide information regarding possible mold growth and water intrusion. This is usually prompted by someone experiencing mold like odors but the source has not bee found or when someone is suffering and mold is suspect as the cause.

Terribly unprofessional company. Paid $375 for a "comprehensive inspection" they gave me three sheets of paper and took no ownership to correct their substandard inspection. I have filed an ethics complaint with this company through their licensing board the American Society of Home Inspectors. Edited 4/4. You are lying you crooks. If anyone doesn’t believe me they can get scammed by you guys.

I have referred Ted and Kathy to many of my Customers and find Ted (an engineer) to be one of the most knowledgeable inspectors I have met. As a Broker and REALTOR, Inspect First has provided well documented, lengthy and detailed reports to me and my Customers over the years. Their reports are "online" so you can always access them with the password provided. Ted and Kathy are thorough. They know the construction industry practices inside and out and have been a valuable resource for me in regards to repair items. Last but no least, their integrity is uncompromised and they are always professional
