Ridgewood Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Center
RIDGEWOOD PHYSICAL THERAPY IS open and here to help you with all your physical therapy needs. We can treat you either in the office (we are only doing one-on-one sessions at this time) or using Telehealth from the comfort of your home. There is NO NEED to miss your therapy or be in pain. Simply put, "Telehealth" for physical therapy (or "virtual physical therapy") is an alternative to in-person appointments with your PT during this time.

This digital communication is a convenient and effective option to have an issue evaluated or stay on track with your recovery. Appointments will be conducted via a live video call with your PT (either through your iPhone or computer). The therapist will send you an email with the link or get in touch with you before your session.

I'm grateful for the recommendation I got from someone else to go see Jessica for my overuse problem. I am an active person; I workout and play golf and pickleball. Her eval and the program she designed for me was spot on and after a month I feel great. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and I felt totally confident and Covid safe while there. I would highly recommend this practice and especially, Jessica. Great location, easy to get to and ample parking.

I started physical therapy for a knee injury last spring. The staff are all friendly and efficient although they are busy and often working on two people simultaneously. I never felt rushed or ignored and found the therapists to be extremely knowledgeable, responsive to my needs/concerns, and well qualified. The therapy space consist of a large room with tables and some equipment around the edges with a large open space in the middle for walking and floor exercises. Down the hall is another room with physical fitness equipment used in therapy. Equipment and tables are frequently wiped down
