The 2022 mountain bikes have something for every adventurer. For those looking to conquer big all-mountain rides and even bigger descents, the Process X CR and Process X CR DL are the ultimate weapons. The Process 153s maintain their status as the most-desired quiver killer/do-it-all bikes, while the Process 134s continue to reign supreme as the most well-loved trail machines.
The Hei Heis are back and ready to smash vert records. On the hardtail side the Honzo ESD leaves nothing to be desired for the hardcore steel fans, while the Unit and Unit X are ready for those multi-week monster bikepacking epics. Whether you're looking for an entry-level hardtail, an XC race machine, a comfortable bikepacking rig, your dream enduro bike, or a fat bike, we've got you covered.

Services
Kona's commuting bikes offer the perfect blend of function and aesthetics. Our goal is to make bikes that last a long time, function extremely well, and look good while rolling around the streets. The Dews have been the choice for diehard commuters since 2002, while the Coco and Splice offer something for those with cruisier comfort in mind.
The Process continues to be the epitome of the perfect do-it-all bike. With excellent climbing efficiency it gets you to the top of any hill. Where it really shines, though, is on the descents. Whether hitting big chunky trails on a Process X, crushing the enduro course on your Process 153 or rallying the all-mountain trails on your Process 134, there's a perfect machine for every rider.
Perhaps it's a purist's dream, or maybe it's the fact that they're just so darn fun, but the Honzos have some serious staying power. They are the basis of many a dream build, the yang to the yin of a bigger bike, and they are the heart and soul of Kona. We offer a variety of Honzos from the hard-core and aggressive 150mm travel Honzo ESD to the classic 120mm travel Honzo.
Returning to the hardtail lineup is the beloved Big Honzo. Its classic lines and low standover have made it a favorite for all types of riders. This year we have two Big Honzos that hit the mark for something different. 130mm of front travel, 27.5+ tires and the ability to switch to 29 wheels, modern geo, and just the right parts keep this bike an affordable option for everyone.
The Hei Hei has a long-standing history in our lineup as our go-to XC bike. It's won multiple 24-hour solo world championships. It's Everested. It's podiumed at sanity-testing events all over the world. But it's not just an insanely fast XC bike. It's the bike that helps level-up anyone's riding. It makes you want to ride harder and faster.

I have a 2011 Hei Hei. I bought it used but it was in great condition, obviously well taken care of without signs of damage. I rode it for three years, enjoying the ride and function of the bike overall. The bike got me out of some bad spots due to the bike's capabilities.
Why only three stars? The brakes were always on the noisy side, which is a minor issue, partially solved by using good pads. The big issue is that the frame cracked on the seat post tube, near the crank. This bike had no damage there or anywhere else. This is not an area that would be damaged easily.
