I had been going to Lee Tire Co. over ten years off an on until today.I took my car to get the alternator replaced.I have a commercial account where I buy my own parts.Autozone told me $220 for a new alternator..Lee Tire told me I couldn't bring my own new part and they charged me $370 for a new alternator.I was told that my tensioner was also bad.I told them to replace both.When I picked my car up,the tensioner was not on my receipt.I was told they made it work.I left disappointed and was back three days later with charging system concerns again.My radiator fluid was low and they did not charge

I went for them to fix the latch on my hatchback. They said they bent it instead of replacing the part and charged $180. 2 weeks later It was broken again. I called Wednesday so that they could get the part in. They said they would get it in on Thursday and to come Friday. On Friday morning I came in. I took off Friday from work. They said they hadn’t gotten the part in, and it would be $321, and no discount from breaking again after first repair. I stopped at Lee tires and they checked my tire pressure, did a quick feel for nails, added air, and even checked the tire pressure in my spare tire in the trunk in case I got stuck along the way with a flat. Great people. If I know anyone on that side of town that needs tires I will definitely send them there. Thanks for getting me back

Since having moved to Georgia I've used this company and I've been meaning to do a review. I have an older model car and they take very good care of her. The service is always great! I never worry about being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. They do excellent work and they are trustworthy. I know that they are not going to hike up the price on me or find some imaginary issue with my car.

I’ve been coming to this place for over 10 years but it’s been apart of my family for almost 20 years. I love everything about this place. Their customer service is tremendous, they are knowledgeable and have great communication. You can TRUST that your car is in good hands. They will not give you BS and they won’t try to kill your pockets but i can assure your problem will be solved. However if you have a foreign car, you should know not to take it to any shop other than your actual dealer due to it being a more luxury car. I drove in with no appointment after getting a flat tire on the interstate while driving to my home which is four hours away.
The employees were extremely helpful, first trying to patch my tire. When that wasn't possible, they immediately got to work getting me a replacement and within 45 minutes, I was on my way home.
