Went in to the McDonough store yesterday to have air pressure checked on tires I bought from them 6 months ago. I kept getting a message tires were low. The manager comes back saying that tires needed air, but also alignment, for $200+, but they would give me a discounted price of $189. Plus I needed windshield wipers and the hood arms to keep my hood up. Tell me, why did they have my hood up to put air in my tires??? I politely told them no thank you. Then the called me this morning asking if I had had the alignment done, FROM YESTERDAY AFTERNOON! Not happy! Sounds like they are scamming folks

FRUSTRATED with lack of communication and follow through on taking responsibility for damage to my car that incurred when a KT employee in a customer's car backed into my bumper causing damage with that car's trailer hitch as I was simultaneously backing out...the other car was not damaged (and I wonder if KT even bothered to tell that customer their car had caused damage to another customer's car). I initially was told that the store would handle the matter; THEN told it would be handled by their risk department. The Risk department took NO RESPONSIBILITY

Buford Store. Over 2 hours and A broken stud! I had an appointment made a week in advance with the Buford office for 8/1/2015. It was confirmed by email. When I arrived at the store for my 2pm appointment they could not find my info so I had to pull up my email. After I showed them they were able to find my info after some searching. The worst service I have ever had the displeasure to receive from the dysfunctional website to the Dan Maroni your star inept so-called store manager.
When I go onto your website and order a set of BF Goodrich tires that display a phenomenal instant rebate of $160. and a $50. mail-in rebate and then I place the order, make the reservation at the Tyrone store in St. Pete, I expect to get what I ordered.
What did I get instead? A manager who exclaims those tires are not here. So he tries to sell me other tires priced similarly to those I ordered but of course with no rebate. I try to check my confirmation

Took our car to be serviced on Christmas eve at the location in Austell, GA on east-west connector and had money stolen from our 12 year old son's wallet. We will never use Kauffman tires again. We have been dedicated customers for years and has had everything from windshield wipers to brake service and new tires done. This experience has ruined it for us and we will now have to find another company to provide our auto needs. Kauffman tires lost prevention and recovery department has done nothing to assist with this matter besides say we should not have waited to report it although it was a matter

I got a flat tire on my way back home frmo seeing some friends, I finally got a tow over to this place because i didnt have a spare in my toyota.
I not only got a new tire, i got a small spare, and oil change and a bunch of coupons for the next time im in town.
What a lovely bunch of fellows.

Came in because my tire kept leaking. He brought me to my car and showed me specifically where the leak was. The tire sensor had a leak. After they replaced it and filled the tires to specifications they gave me the keys and told me to not worry about payment. Very friendly service and free drinks while waiting. :)
