Don’t go here!!! I went to this place on Friday & paid $298.76 for a cracked rim. The SAME DAY I found out I had another cracked rim!! I only had one and then out of this air I get another one. I should have know that this ghetto area could not do business! I gave it a benefit because I did not want to judge but clearly I should have ! I came for a alignment the guy told me its was going to be 1:40hr i came in at 9am and got out at 1: 22 I went and asked and the tec told me that he was working on my car till they told him that o stop and work on other truck last time i come to this place really disappointed that they prioritize and time wasted.

You have a G37x and had taken it to the Infinite dealership four different times for fix a vibration. Each time they told me there was nothing wrong. I brought my car in and Special Rim was able that fix the problem (brakes and rotors). It took six hours but that was mainly due to the part store sending the wrong parts. The staff as friendly and helpful.

Went in to to get a crack fixed and ended up with other work done other than what I asked for... I've spent hundreds with them in the past for dents but it didn't matter. .. they still got over on me.... As of yesterday I paid to fix the same tire 2 times for about $400 30 days apart.... Should have bought new rims from the shop up the street instead of deal with them and waste my money... And after I caught them hustling me I got $50 store credit!!!! I'm done with them.

I was very pleased with the service at Special Rims. They are very friendly, professional, and match competitive new tire pricing. Juston provided me an upfront written quote for services requested. I had my Jeep wheel rim edge sanded to remove curb damage and its looks great! Also had five new Michelin tires installed with hidden weight balancing for cosmetic and appearance purposes. Only service not done was registering my new tires with the manufacturer which I did myself via the internet at the Michelinman web site.

This place put rims ONLY on my car and broke my sensors! And then used a zip tie to hold them together and did not tell me! Their desk manager is horrible and I suggest you all NEVER use this company. I'm new to the area and I know now that Riverdale is not the area to do business in. And I will NEVER do business again with them. They do not deserve even one star.
