Services
Headquartered in Roanoke, Virginia, Affordable Corporate Suites owns and operates eight extended stay hotels in Virginia. The thirty year old company is privately owned and, on most days, you can find the owner, Lance Copperman, at one of the properties taking an active role in "running the business".
When you first step into your suite at Affordable Corporate Suites, we expect you will say Wow! This is much nicer than I expected. Christiansburg - The New River Valley holds such great places such as Virginia Tech (5 minutes), Radford University and our Christiansburg property. Harrisonburg - Located in the middle of the beautiful and historic Shenandoah Valley, Harrisonburg is home to James Madison University, Coors Brewing and many national historic treasures.
Located in the middle of Virginia's beautiful New River Valley, our Christiansburg location is convenient to what makes this region so desirable. Just minutes from the New River, you can find great boating or fishing. And more scenic beauty can be found in many of the hiking trails that cross the area.
Harrisonburg is more than just the home of James Madison University. Sure, this world-class university is home to over 17,000 students and a NCAA Division I-AA National Football Championship team. And, of course, Affordable Corporate Suites is proud to house visiting guests, relocating professors and other academic friends.

I have worked for a number of years in an industry that requires me to travel frequently. In doing so I have learned to search for accommodations that offer the amenities of home for both short and long term stays. Beautiful Atmosphere, that comfortable feeling you get when you can finally let your hair down and take a deep breathe of crispy clean fresh air. Affordable Corporate Suites is a clean on the inside and outside facility. It is definitely worth every coin spent. I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for short or long-term stays, vacation, work, remodeling of original home or just want somewhere to enjoy a peace of mind in a nice you could call home away from home. We were in-between housing and we're looking for an affordable place to go week to until we were able to get an apartment me and this place is absolutely perfect. It's cheaper than most hotels in this area and it also has a small kitchen area as well. Everything is very up to date and in great condition. We also get housekeeping once a week included in our weekly rate. I couldn't ask for a better location either. Very wonderful quiet peaceful environment that's in a really good spot for working and living in Harrisonburg

(Current Resident) Let me just put it like this.... Harrisonburg,Va...a location I always wanted to move to since I was young. The city, the opportunities, the restaurants. It just takes me. Unfortunately I am living a hotel life at the moment. But for the choice in a outstanding place I took to live at...it doesn't show any hotel living. As a matter of fact, the room I have you can swear it looks like a 1 bedroom apartment. And I for 1 do not take in any regrets, let alone feel any remorse for where I'm living. I. Am. Comfortable! Not only did the manager welcome me with support and gave me confidence
