COVA HIGH seeks to provide the extraordinary benefits of music education while providing a high-quality differentiated academic program. COVAH allows for concurrent enrollment in college during high school. This provides students the opportunity to earn up to two years of college credit, and even graduate high school with an AA or AS degree.
COVAH strives to ensure every student becomes college ready, self-sufficient, and demonstrates leadership, self-awareness, and community advocacy. COVAH was closed Monday, Tuesday, and is expected to be closed on Wednesday due to the PGE Power out.

Services
COVAH is designed to integrate the values of music and the arts into academics, by encouraging engagement in each student's education and provide high quality vocal and instrumental music training for students in grades 9 - 12. Music instruction has been shown to greatly enhance academic learning and intrinsic motivation.
COVAH's philosophy includes strong parent participation in both the academic and musical components of the program. Parents will have opportunities for involvement in planning, program design, and implementation of the charter through a Parent Council. All parents are welcome at the Parent Council meetings and activities.
Every COVAH Conservatory faculty member shares one thing in common: a passion for excellence in youth education. We encourage parents to get to know their child's instructors and stay involved in the education process. COVAH teaching staff consists of credentialed teachers, professional musicians, and qualified staff.

I went to this "school" and I had such a horrible time there. All teacher's only use textbooks to teach us and most the time it didn't even make any sense because the textbooks are so out dated. There is no fun classes and this school has no funds because the school is too small and no student wants to be there. If you get mad at someone the school will know and make you two become friends or something like that, and if you feel like being alone there is no where for you to go because the is just ONE hallway. It may be on a college campus and you may get to be in college class but every school
