Ask for Michael! I am a single student working a full-time job and he was able to find me the cheapest option for my auto insurance. I am thankful for the rates I was able to receive!! He was very professional, kind, and helpful. 10/10 would call him for all of your insurance needs!!!

Alison was wonderful and helped me switch the homeowner's insurance which ended up saving money AND getting much better coverage since our previous insurance provider was actually under valued and if our house was lost we would have been underpaid by a large amount.

Wow. Alison Ball was the most caring, professional person I have encountered. I am thankful that I chose to go with this State Farm location for my insurance. I was looking simply for a good rate and ended up having much more than I anticipated at an even cheaper rate than my previous provider. It must be fate, but I am absolutely awed by Alison's attentiveness, knowledge, ability to guide conversation, kindness, and professionalism. I want to thank my agent at Cindy Doyle’s office, Tim Challenger. He was so helpful when I was buying a home and adding my teenage daughter to my policy. Spoke with Micky to help with auto claim from another State Farm insured. She was dismissive and kept talking over me. Had to finally ask that the agent, Cindy Doyle call me. I did receive a call from the office to which I explained the situation. Not sure I need an agent if I can’t get guidance from them because they are too busy signing up new business and don’t have enough time for current clients. I will be happy to change my rating if someone can warrant it.

I have been a State Farm customer for 5 years now. The main reason that I have remained a client is because of Cindy Doyle and her AMAZING team. The quick and informative responses, any time I have questions regarding my policies or insurance in general, is second to none.
Cindy is also a proven leader as I have recently moved out of Tennessee but I utilize one of her former employees as my current agent. I was very disappointed that I had to switch agents but, I quickly learned that anyone who is trained under Cindy’s leadership is equipped with same high-level of customer service!!

The only way too describe this State Farm agent and her staff is awesome. From the minute you walk in the door or the first time you place a call for a need or update on on your coverage. The claim lady is unbelievable talented from helping you through a claim or just following up on concerns or questions. The sales staff on helping you with the proper coverage and not trying to over sell you. Great location for easy access and very knowledgeable caring people who are all ways professional.
