I used Rich to purchase my current home long before he acquired Open House Lending. The experience was phenomenal, however; this was in his transition from his previous employer to starting his own business. Things in fact did go smoothly and we were most certainly satisfied. We contacted Rich again early this year in an effort to sell our current home and upgrade to something larger. Correspondence was sparse to put it lightly. We sometimes waited weeks to hear back from him. We found even getting simple questions answered to be a chore. Finally he completely stopped responding and we never heard
