Super helpful even though I have a E bike and they don't service electronics. They helped me pick a helmet which my biking friends have told me is a great quality brand and that it was a good price. Also helped me with a mirror and a bell that they came outside and installed for me. Nice old fashioned friendly helpful service. Will recommend to all my friends!

Burbank Bike Shop was the shop when I got my 1st Dino,GT BMX in 1992, with my mom. And still going there as a satisfied customer. Max staff member there always goes far and beyond. Helped me with tips to restore a GT performer he helped so much and gave me great advice. And recently I went to get my Giant Full suspension mountain bike the back break looked at Stotts bike shop.They didn’t even inspect it. Just told me I need to get new break system from them $200 just for the back break. I knew they were trying to hustle me. So then I went to Burbank Bike Shop. It was just an adjustment that Max

I was in need of a bike tune up and some new breaks and seat and they took great care of me! I've been meaning to write this review for a while --it's been over a year since they fixed my bike but I still remember the experience and will go back there and highly recommend this place for anyone needed a bike or bike service!

I had just bought a foldable bike from facebook marketplace that was labeled Like New. However, it had loose seat and the front tire wasnt aligned so I was looking around for a good bike shop. Found Burbank Bike shop that has five stars on google. They really do live up to their reputation. Staff was courteous, transparent about costs (which was very fair), had my bike ready in a timely manner, and explained to me the problem areas that they had found and what they did to fix it. I highly recommend this bike shop! I had a great experience.

I've came here for years but my last 2 visits the guy was being really short with me and didn't want to show a variety of merchandise I was interested in buying, I can't see it if it's on the wall bring it down so I can physically see it, maybe I wanted to order some parts and gain some cyclery knowledge, if your too old and slow say so. But don't make me feel like my money/ business isn't worth the same as everybody else's! Dan's was way better!!

I came here and asked for new tubes, tires, hand grips, even a basket and a bell.
I thought I would have to wait a few days for all of it to get done, but I was told it would be ready before the end of the day.
So I left it and then they called me 1 hour later and said it was ready.
I'm quite pleased with the quick turn around and even though I loved my bike before, I love it even more now!

Super friendly staff, got what I wanted. 2nd time in that same day, not only super friendly but when they couldn't help me with the next part I needed, they sent me to another bike shop who did. They could have easily tried ordering what I wanted to keep business in house. I appreciate good people like that!

I only come to this bike shop! The shop has the best selection of SE Bikes and BMX Bikes. Also have SE Bike parts for you wheelie boys n girls. Best priced compared to “Peddlers West”and “the bike connection” and i drive 39 minutes just to come to this shop 100% recommend. Also Se Bikes are not taxed here like other shops

This place was not only convenient because it’s in our neighborhood but the customer service is really exceptional. Off the bat, the place gives off a welcoming feel and Max was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and most of all, helpful. I will be referring this place to my friends and I’m grateful that there are bike shops and people like Max who are willing to go beyond the bare minimum to cater to the needs of customers like myself.

I've been going here since I got my first bike. A few years ago, Brett helped me with a cheap walmart bike, explained to me what to expect out of it, put some better parts on it when the plastic derailleur shattered, and has always been a nice dude with reasonable prices.
A little bit later, he ended up at my shop for an oil change. Small world! I'm always happy to see him in both cases. My family just got some higher quality bikes & we'll be getting them serviced here :)

Max is a great guy and this is an awesome shop. They're following COVID protocols, requiring customers to wear a mask and only allowing 3 customers in the shop at a time. Max was the only one there at the times we went and he was masked up, as were we.
We brought in my wife's Burning Man beach cruiser for a replacement bottom bracket. I'd tried to repair it myself from YouTube videos etc. but couldn't get the cranks off so decided to bring it to a professional.

This place is sick. far the most in-stock selection of BMX, race and freestyle, bikes and parts. Very happy we stopped in. Coming back for birthday presents.
Update: bought a mini ripper here and love it. It's noteworthy that sales tax in Burbank is 10.25%, which starts to make a difference when purchasing a bike.

I came here to get a bike I've had for years serviced. I end buying some accessories for my bike, a new helmet, basket, and dog leash accessory. The people that work here are honest, reliable, and provide some of the best customer service I've had in a while. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my bike and now I been riding it since. Will definitely be coming back.
