I was not in the market for a bike, much less an Ebike, and was just accompanying my husband to bike shops while he compared and went on test rides. So many in fact that one of the founders, Mark, called me and spoke to me taking the time to answer all my questions and address all my concerns.

Story Bikes was born from our fascination of electric bikes and love for philanthropy. Our mission is to enhance the way we commute while shaping the future students in Zimbabwe. The goal of our electric bikes is to get people of all ages back on bikes and living healthier lifestyles. Riders will also have an immediate impact on students within developing countries.
Jason co-founded Story Bikes in early 2016. His love for bikes was developed like any other young boy growing up, riding to school and around his neighborhood with friends until the sunset. He's worked as a manager within the technology industry for over 8 years graduating from the University of Santa Barbara.
We weren't happy with giant battery packs and aesthetically compromised designs. We wanted a beautiful and classic looking bike that used subtle, modern design queues with integrated and blended electric parts so it only looks like you're on an old-school bike, but feels like you're on a rocket. We have sourced and matched products that combine exceptional performance and quality with great value and safety.
First turn on both the main power button and LCD screen power. Within 5 seconds after the screen powers on, hold button (UP) and button (DOWN) simultaneously for about 30-45 seconds. You will then see the max speed blinking in km/hr. Hold button shortly (UP) or button (DOWN) in order to set the maximum riding speed value.
