I'd been meaning to buy a bike for the past few weeks. And today was the day. I'd dropped my car off at a dealership for repairs in Glendale, had breakfast, then searched for bicycle shops on Google. I found quite a few, but based on customer pictures, most of them only offered the straight handlebar type that I didn't want. I wanted something like a beach cruiser, but with a few gears.

They're very knowledgeable about bikes and helped me find one that worked for my needs and budget in no time at all. They even let me take it out for a spin before committing, and made adjustments/attached accessories free of charge. Will definitely be back for maintenance!

This is my favorite bike store on the Eastside. Have been here many times to purchase bikes, tools, and get tune-ups and they've been awesome every time. Support this small local business!

They were unaccommodating for my health status and they did not offer to help me in anyway and showed me to the door without offering any other means or methods of being able to purchase the tubes I needed.

Do not shop here if you have any health conditions as they will not even ask or attempt to inquire as to how to help you.

Bought a bike that was suppose to come with tubeless tires. The tires were in fact meant to be tubeless. After 2 months or so of riding the bike, I got my first flat. When I couldn't find a puncture, I further investigated and found a cheap innertube in my tire with a ruptured valve stem. On a tubeless set up, no sealant. Have no clue who assembled the bike or what they were thinking.
While replacing a innertube is not difficult, it did leave me with a feeling of being ripped off. As I paid for a bike (paid a lot of money) with tubeless tires, meaning they would have sealant inside of them. For

Great bike shop! I have gone to several bike shops and with the low supply of bikes right now I have not been able to find the bike I wanted. I found this place here on Yelp and when I walked in I noticed they had way more supply of bikes than any other store I've been to and luckily they had the Trek I wanted. The staff was very helpful as I am fairly new to bicycles and assisted me with my needs. This will definitely be the place I'll be coming to for all my bike needs and definitely referring over some friends to them!!

I've been coming to BPB for many years now. Its my local bike shop & am happy that is so. Oscar, his son & the rest of the staff are always polite, thorough & professional. From my MTB's to my roadies BPB always keeps me riding on point. I never dread having to come here to have my bikes serviced. I know I will get the honest truth to what will suit my needs. Reasonable prices, quality work, honest opinions, no BS... need I say more?!?!....

I fiddled around for months with the brakes on my 35 year-old Braxton touring bike. Then I took my problem to Oscar, who tried to find a solution, but wound up recommending new brakes. So I had him install a set of Shimano BR-CT91 cantilever brakes that fit (miraculously) on my custom-built frame. Now I can ride my bike again without worrying about the brakes.

My overall experience was great. They had the mountain bike that I wanted so I knew what I was getting but I had no clue about mountain bike specific helmets, shoes, pedals, etc..... and they were sooo PATIENT with me and my indecisiveness. I’m really enjoying my Giant Talon 1 and all the gear that I got from here. Thank you guys!

I had heard a few negative things about this bike shop from a couple friends saying how they don’t work on your bikes properly and treat them terribly, however, I didn’t pay mine to it, because I want fixing I was purchasing! I have them a try and when I’m on January 2021 and order a specific women’s mountain bike that they said would be here until June 2021 or maybe earlier which I was fine with. I called in April to see if it was there, and they gave me a sketchy run around and told me if I was as interested in a different bike which would wayyy more expensive than the one I ordered.

I was interested in a bike and was searching for a shop to learn about what I should purchase. I found BUDGET PRO via google maps and went in. I talked to Michelle and John and they answered my dorky newbie questions. Few days later I came back and picked up my first bike. It was a Giant Escape 2, Hybrid. That was the opening of Pandora's box for me.

By month 2 of owning my new bike I was already bugging Michelle to order my next bike lol. Giant AR1 road bike.

I recommend this shop to everyone.

Like so many other people last year (2020), I was looking to expand my outdoor activities. Enter Budget Pro bike shop. Family owned & operated by Oscar & Michelle who genuinely have a love for what they do and it shows. They miraculously found me a bike at the height of the bike demand surge. If you are a bike owner, you know that you'll form an ongoing relationship with your favorite bike shop and I have been back a handful of times since purchasing my beautiful and affordable Momentum and I'm so thankful I found the right shop to have this relationship with. :)

Very nice bikes at reasonable prices. I was so happy with my bike purchase for my son. I have been looking for a bike store and this one was down the street this whole time. Such a gem! They were so helpful and really care about their customers. I have recommended it to a few friends. I'm definitely going back to get one for myself!

I've bought our first Trek Bikes from here back in 2006 and 14 years later... back in the saddle again for another TREK. The service I get from the team here from Oscar, Christian and everyone is just top notch. They treat you like family and always ready to answer any of your questions. Great shop— I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. I’ve bought multiple bikes from Oscar, and they continue to keep all our bikes rolling smooth. Their mechanic is great, and can handle any road or MTB service issue. Turnaround time is typically less than two days, and reasonable prices.

Took my bike in for a tune up and overhaul and got it back with a dent and paint chip on the top tube of my bike. Tune up job was terrible as well. Kept hearing a clicking sound, they set my front derailleur out too far which ended up scratching my SRAM Red carbon crank arm. You can see in the picture how bad the job was. My chain is really crooked. Called the shop about it and they immediately denied it. No help what so ever. I recommend staying away from this place. Hopefully the Better Business Bureau can resolve this for me.
