I would definitely be careful with this insurance company. We got audit after canceled with them last year . The officer who came to our restaurant said someone have reported us with uninsured which we bought from somewhere else , obviously after canceled with them then got audit ????? So run as far as you can from them !

I'm using Italiano insurance because I heard Drew Garabo on the radio station 102.5 The bone I hear his Commercial about Italiano Insurance Company and I was looking for insurance to buy a house. I called the insurance company I'm using for my truck and Italiano Insurance Company to see who I was going to use. I need home and flood insurance. Both companies had the address but Italiano took the Initiative to find the elevation for the flood insurance that made my decision a lot easier. If your look for a company that the extra mile to serve the Customer that is the company I'm going to use.

I wanted to let you know that we have dealt with Charity Huerta and Italiano Insurance for more than one year now, and it has been a great experience. The best service, rates and customer service anywhere! We have our home and auto personal insurance as well as all our business insurance with Italiano because of that. You can count on them every time for anything. Karen Bruton is awesome. She goes above and beyond to answer questions, deliver requested insurance certificates quickly, help us with necessary adjustments to ensure we are completely covered. This company is the best. They are so easy to deal with and all the staff members are very knowledgeable. I work directly with Ardythe on regular bases. She is amazing and familiar with my insurance needs. When I have a question she makes sure that I receive a response within 24 business hours. Also she makes sure that I have the correct documents that I request, such as COI, updating liability insurance, adding a new one and the list goes on. I love working with them. I have worked with Italiano Insurance for 2 plus decades. Their dedication to customer service and providing a product that fits the insured's needs are superior to none. Karen Bruton has handled our insurance needs since she began there. She shops our G/L, structure and auto policies each year to make sure we are getting the best rates.
