Overpriced and RUDE! My fiancé went there last Thursday at 4:45pm, as they close at 7:00pm. She called prior to going and asked if they take walk ins. She was told "yes". In addition, there website says the same. When she got there, only one customer was there, with plenty of staff and she was told they didn't accept walk ins. Ridiculous! Listen to the negative reviews as they're very accurate. I absolutely wouldn't recommend based on the attitudes given. Plus, there are far better nail salons within the Simsbury, Avon and Farmington areas.

February 17 me and my two sisters go there for our nails , as you can see this is my nails it was purple then turns to red and yellow and we paid for only to color our nails 150$ for three this was our first time and we told them to make it good and nice for one month as u can see this after 2 weeks , their service is fucken bad and I know he stole us just because we don't know anything, we are 3 lady's and only one woman did our nails they doesn't said wait till we finish one then the other no we all set and she was colouring for all of together I don't recommend this nail

My only two complaints are the guy behind the counter definitely could have been friendlier, and it’s pricey there. That said, the facility is clean and inviting. My nail tech was very professional and personable. She did an AMAZING JOB! 10/10! I seriously don’t think I’ve ever gotten a better manicure/pedicure. I will definitely be back!

This is my second time coming here and both visits have been extremely pleasant. The environment is very clean, professional, and the staff are always so kind! My mother has joined me and she has also expressed how much she enjoys this salon. The pedicures are relaxing and I've never felt rushed during my appointments. My mother and I drive 40 minutes just to come here because we love it.

I made an appointment for 9:30 and the girl started doing my nails until mother came in with very young girls. I got shuffled around my different people so they could take care of the party that came in after me. In my opinion poor customer service. I like to get a manicure done by one person and not multiple people nor do I want someone stopping every two seconds to answer a phone. I will be back but hopefully this won't happen again.

As a group of 4 ladies we made an appointment for Friday morning at 1030 am. This appt was to get our nails done because our friend was getting married on Saturday. As you can imagine, it was along and stressful week and we all were looking forward to this as a mini spa and relaxing part of the celebrations. .
The Lady who did the Brides nails was extremely patient, actively listened to the bride, and was calm.

Rude! When I walked in they barely said hello. I asked for a gel manicure, the women showed me a seat and gave me colors to choose from. She didn't say a word. I sat there for over 10 minutes and was not told I'd have to wait or at a minimum how long the wait would be. I got up and left, again nobody said a word.

Wonderful for nails, great experience and came out good.. price is a little on the high side. I do not recommend for eyebrow wax however, this is where I was extremely disappointed.. my eyebrows came out so uneven my first stop was to cvs for an eyebrow pencil after my appointment, not to mention I’m not sure what products they are using but I don’t normally break out after a wax, but now have the worst breakout all over my eyebrows.

I will never go back here. My biggest problem with nail spas is that they don't respect your time. I had an appointment and after 15 min of waiting in the massage chair for someone to give me a pedicure, I left. I called in the morning and made an appointment. If you don't have time for me, then offer me a different time.

No more Noella for me! I've been coming for years and with each successive visit the techs have become more & more impatient & in a rush. This time I tipped $10 on a $32 regular pedi & no one even bothered to spray or oil my nails or check to see if I was dry. 4 techs were standing around and no one moved when I took the tissue out of my toes and threw it away myself. No one even so much as asked if I wanted a shoulder massage. What a complete lack of service!

DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE. It costed me over $100 down the drain. I got eye lash extensions, after 3 days they almost all fell out! I have photos, it was terrible. I went back and they were redone for me. The lady who did them told me that she used old glue, it was nothing I had done wrong and other clients called to complain too. She said she just got some new glue this time that her friend gave her from Korea...?? if I heard correctly. The lashes almost all fell out after only one week!! I look ridiculous right now with just a few stray lash extensions left. Clearly using cheap products

I LOVED this nail salon and was a loyal customer for almost two years. The staff is very friendly and my nails always looked wonderful. Unfortunately the lady that always did my nails left and it just isn't the same. I have tried to get special designs for my nails and it just hasn't worked. If I go back it will be for just a regular polish/ fill.

I've passed this salon a number of times and stopped in with a friend for pedicures. We were seated as soon as we arrived and we both had a positive experience. The salon was clean, bright and quiet. The price was the same as I have paid in other area salons. There is a discount if you pay in cash. Based on today's experience, I am likely to return. I gave this salon a 4 instead of a 5 because I felt that the staff could have been friendlier.

I'm not sure why this place has such meh reviews. I just went in for the first time had had maybe the best manicure I've ever had. My tech, Diana, was incredibly meticulous and my gel polish is absolutely perfect. No polish on my cuticles or streaks in the dark color. The massage wasn't anything to rave about but I'm there for my nails to look good, not to have my forearms rubbed!

I VERY disappointed. I usually love it here and have been going for years to get pedicures. But I just had a bad experience. Martha who did my pedicure did it in 25 mins and did a very poor job. I pay to have a regular and relax. she rushed, did not exfoliate or do my cuticles very well at all. AND just as I was about to sit to dry my toes she asks me to pay. sorry for them, I will not be giving them my business ANYMORE.

Been here a handful of times never a good experience. Rude employees every time. Terrible customer service, very noisy impossible to relax and the worst part is they are dirty ! Iv watched them use the same utensils on different customers without cleaning or washing out pedicure tub. They use cheap soaps and scrubs and have the nerve to charge you the prices they do. Defiantly do not recommend I tried to like it here but not going to happen especially after I was kicked out after spending 80$ because they wanted to close and would not give me time to dry. Don't waste your time.

The quality of the service was excellent. But I called to ask their rates. They told me that the pedicure I wanted was $58. I don't have a big "spa" budget so this was a treat for me and my daughter. Two manicures and one pedicure later, I'm down $180 including tips. I could have gotten the same services for much less elsewhere. Which is where I'm going next time. Buyer beware, if you choose a gel color for your pedicure, there's a $26 upcharge on the prices listed. Ridiculous.

I have gotten a Brazilian wax here and it was not as smooth as I would have liked, there was still a little stubble . I needed a quick manicure on an Sunday evening and decided to give them another try but I was not happy my manicure started chipping Monday night. My manicures usually last a week before clipping, even when I do it myself. The service here is good though just the finish product needs a little work.
